“I had used another jeweler in town for years. After he passed and the shop closed, I was concerned I wouldn't find another jeweler as nice and excellent on craftmanship. I took a chance and tried J&J, and not only was I surprised, I was completely amazed. They did a MAGNIFICENT job on sizing my wedding set, have changed a watch battery (or 3) and have helped me on several other occasions, a few at no charge. I am so glad that no only have they wowed me with their attention to detail and courtesies', they are literally less than 10 minutes from my house. I just wish I could give them a 6 out of 5 stars... they DESERVE it!!!”

“I went there to have a band adjusted for a watch my mother-in-law got as a gift. The watch was not purchased there. The manager was able instead, to put her old watch band (which she preferred) on her new watch. When she asked for the cost, he simply said, Happy New Year! It brought tears to her eyes. Wonderful dealing with them and would gladly go back. Very warm and personable.”
