“I had been looking for an Ariat softshell jacket I previously owned. Mine was stolen from me at a restaurant. One of the employees at the Ariat store at WEC, Livia, took the time to find the jacket online for me, at another vendor. I ordered it, and it is on its way. I appreciated that she took a personal interest in my situation, got online immediately, and started working on my problem and resolved it! Even though the store didn’t have the jacket, she found it for me! What excellent customer service! Outstanding! I also bought a beautiful shirt for my boyfriend (a Valentine’s gift,) while there. The store has an excellent selection and the staff was great!”

“Came here with my husband to pick up some boots. Started off in men’s section and a young man named Abdiel was extremely helpful and knew his stuff!! I couldn’t say the same for the women’s side of the store. It was a lady who was very contradicting and danced around questions and seemed unsure of answers. Overall with the information Abdiel provided, we were able to make an informed decision.”
“Big store! Lots of items on sale and dressing rooms to try things on. Its located in a shopping plaza and a restaurant next door is a good place to park the non-shoppers or husbands. Another good perk is they ship your items back home, for free!”

The owner is a marvelous woman willing to help you out at all extremes! Very nice and helpful! Do yourself a favor and shop there, they have all the name brands for a fraction of the price! “Upon arrival, we were greeted by an exceptionally organized store. The establishment offers a wide selection of attractive hats and socks at remarkably affordable prices. The staff’s friendliness and professionalism were evident throughout our visit. Old Navy has undergone a significant transformation since its inception, and the quality of the clothing material has declined. Previously, the clothing was soft and very comfortable, but now it is not as good.”
“This Kohls is always clean and things are in their place, however, the petite department is ridiculously small. Can never find more than a few items. Need a bigger department for the shorties!”
“Can we talk about the Hair Salon! Most people do not realize that there is a hair salon in the store, it is really tucked back in a corner and deserves more space. My wife April, went to see Adam Knight at the salon. She is pretty particular about her hair and is a bit quiet. She and Adam hit it off, she loved her hair! I had him cut mine as well and he talked me into dying the grey out of my hair. I now have an appointment every 6 weeks. The man is amazing!!”
“This is my go to store for jewelry and amazing candles. Every time I come in I’m met with the owner’s smiling face and her daughter kindly helps me pick out new pieces! I even had the owner commission an antique bed set for my guest room and I get nothing but amazing compliments from everyone who visits!”

“I went into the Snipes store up where I live because I was looking for a pair of NBA socks. (Actually I was just passing by and happened to see this store). I went in asked if they had any NBA socks and the girl said no. I looked around noticed some other NBA items. I saw some jerseys and looked at those. I didn't necessarily need socks, I was looking for some nba items (for a Christmas gift). I found some and asked if they were on sale and yes they were. It was priced at 50% off. I got it when the girl rung it up it was even less than I thought it would be. It had been marked down from the price that was showing on the tag. I only asked the one question about the jersey and didn't need any other help. The jersey was nice and it was liked. I was satisfied with the customer service.”
