“I am from out of state and I called Tom to schedule a detailed golf cart cleaning as a gift for my mom who lives in Lady Lake. Hands down he provided top notch customer service from scheduling to day of service. The detailed cleaning was outstanding and very thorough! My mom was thrilled with Tom’s work and ecstatic that her golf cart looked brand new! He was professional, kind and courteous throughout. Calling and scheduling this with Tom was easy and the outcome was exceptional! I highly recommend this business!!

“I was going to send you a photo showing a car of one of your employees; however, I believe in second chance. So, I'll just tell you it was parked in one of the vacuum spaces; but, not just in any space but in a space with shade. It was a BUSY and HOT ? day at this location and customers were having to use spaces in the full sunlight.
I like your business, and what it provides, but don't care for this type of customer treatment. Hence, 4 stars.”

“Josh detailed my black, 22 Colorado. First off, I'm one of "those guys" who was nervous about letting anyone touch my truck. Black paint is easily ruined in the wrong hands. Josh did an OUTSTANDING job on my truck. Not one swirl mark. Paint looks like new again. He ceramic coated my custom wheels and they look great! Super happy with the job he did. Would HIGHLY recommend Josh for any vehicle.”

“This is most definitely my favorite place to go at 2 in the am if I can't sleep and well I just want to wash , u car! It's kind of creepy at night if you're alone but I take my mylo everywhere! And I mean errywhere! So yeah I like going through the colors one with the colored wax or wash or whatever it may be and at first , mylo would freak out but now when it starts we both look out of the sunroof and it's pretty so we look at it and then I wipe down my car on the inside. Then I wipe off the water and wax that b&%ch and then Bella is black, bright and beautiful! !”

“I’ve always had great service at this Circle K.It’s one of the busiest, given the location, but the employees are always happy, professional and personable.I’d like to give a shout out to one in particular. Rob literally makes my day happy! His kind and happy personality is so infectious that I look forward and hope he’s working when I go inside for something.I don’t even mind when it’s busy there because he works hard to clear the line and still gives personalized attention to each and every customer.Being a “local guide” I tend to view what other local guides post, just to see if they tend to nitpick or are generally a dissatisfied person/customer all around with negativity on most or even all their reviews.I wish Google reviews would tweak this because there are many people that will never be pleased with any service or business, no matter how they try to please them.It’s been so challenging during this last year for everyone with this pandemic. We’ve all had to re-learn how to do everything but it’s been much more challenging for our businesses. They’ve had to rehire and retrain employees, not to mention trying to keep up with sanitizing, literally everything in the store as well as restocking. Their suppliers short on goods etc.I’m grateful Circle K has remained open and kept employees coming in for the needs of our very busy community.So, THANK YOU to all the employees, managers, suppliers etc.., especially Rob, who keeps customers like me patronizing this location specifically just to get my dose of the true meaning of what’s important in life.Edit... The store was very clean and kept sanitized ?”
“I know that this review is a little late but I have been so busy but now I have the opportunity to give my experiences with Village Car Wash last month or so. I own a 2015 Kia Forte Sedan that was a 2 owner car and now has a little more than 100,000 miles on it. Although I kept the entire clean and neither myself or the last owner didn't smoke or eat inside of it, I felt the grey cloth seats needed a nice cleaning. They were not TOO bad but might as well get them cleaned. I called and Dee was very professional and nice with me making an appointment and everything else. Also I must mention that the back seat behind the driver's seat had some sort of whitish residue that I needed to get out. I had no idea what it was but in the end, the seats were cleaned well but it was sunny but cold that day so I had to wait for everything to dry thoroughly. When everything dried, everything looked great except for that aforementioned residue behind the driver's seat was still there. I called Dee and she told me to bring it in and basically, Jordan(??) told me that he would clean the spot with some sort of "enzyme cleaner" and I waited 15 minutes and after all was said and done and dry, it was GONE!!!! Anyway, I want to thank Dee, Jordan (???) and everyone over at The Village Car Wash for their work on my Kia, even though it was just a small shampooing and vacuuming of the front and back seats and the extra treatment on that stubborn residue stain in the back seat. Thank you! I will be back!”

“Hit or miss on vacuums! Lost money to the machines and or the suction wasn't hard enough at the time! I've had some do me good also....And the same goes for the wash but I'll understand that things do run low before it can be addressed like soaps and waxes! Otherwise it's a regular old car wash to me....Ps.. that onsite ice machine has gotten me few times also! Lol”
