“Woman working in the morning is the nicest and most kind woman ever. Really makes my day start off great when I get to see her smile before work. Guy in morning is so nice and helpful, very funny and polite. The guy working at night is rude, hateful and will insult you any chance he can. Says he doesn't understand English very well but has no issue being rude. And the guy who cleans is most definitely a drug addict or meth head. Talks about people stalking him and cops following him with drones. He follows people in store and is racist 100%. Owner needs to get rid of bad employees and get more of the nice lady in there. I'll only go from now on when she's there.”
“The in-store roasted turkey breast is very good, better than anything you can get at other super markets. I have never waited "forever" to get service in the deli either. Also, Produce Dept is very clean, the fruit and vegetables are much better quality, and prices. The prices are up front. I like the rewards program. I these times anything helps. I think Publix has their people bashing this store, I've been to both.”
“My husband and I always buys our cigarettes there.These gentlemen are always friendly and courteous. They have said on many occasions anything we need they’d be happy to get for us if it’s not in stock. We recommend this store and them highly!!!”

“This is my favorite Publix. The bakery is great. I love the Butcher, he will trim up any cut of meat you want just for the asking. The store is clean and well organized with big aisles. The produce section is always fresh and well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although, sometimes, prices can be a little high.”

“The Winn-Dixie Liquor Store in the Ocala National Forest on State Road 40 has the nicest people working there. Particularly the lady with the German accent. I've shopped there for years and found that to be true each and every time I've shopped there. They greet you as soon as you enter the store and are always helpful and friendly from first to last.”
“1st time for wine. I am not a drinker but my doctor recommended I try 4 oz. Of wine before bedtime so hopefully it will help me sleep. Drank it 2 nights but gave to my son and his wife. Unfortunately it kept me awake. The wine was good tasting though.”
“First off I was very expressed with how clean it was , how fresh the meat department looked , and it smelled clean as well, you didn't walk in like years ago and Save A Lots smelled like roten food , SO LIKE I SAID IT WAS VERY WELL ORGANIZED. The 1 program was there was 1 cashier, and the lottery tickets are at that register by the office , people started lining up behind me , the manager didn't open up another register , that was wrong . BUT LIKE I SAID ILL BE GOING BACK”
“Every time that I try to call and I end up getting customer service by pressing zero nobody ever answers ever ever ever I cannot tell you how many times that I have tried to call and never gotten anybody to ever answer and then when I call other departments cuz I'm trying to get somebody to answer in the wine and liquor area there is no connection for it and I need to know if they carry a product and I can't speak with anybody there because nobody ever answers the phone”
“the store is under new management and the dm has changed my experience. the cashier was amazing and on her first few days. i have shopped there for years and usually great experiences . i will still shop there for many more years”

“This review is for the public say Heather Island and Silver Spring shores. First, I like to commend the manager or one of the managers, Mr. BOVELL I hope I spelled it right in his staff. I appreciate walking into a very clean and friendly environment. Everyone in the store even missed. The Volvo works very hard you see him walking in and out of the parking lot. All superstore helping not just standing around. I had an incident where I needed something and I called him he didn't seem agitated or anything, and the young lady who answered the phone was so professional, the second young lady, I want to thank them for being such a great neighborhood store and thank Publix for hiring such professional and caring managers. thank you again. “I waited for them whistle under contraction, No lie I pray for the best and the best have came, praise, praise, praise, from Vapes to lotto and the in between; the one place where you can get all in on everything, I mean everything my scratch off didn’t hit but spirit liquor store did, second trip back to back closes late (10pm) thank the lord, very friendly, they make yu feel so comfortable like yu been knew them, grew up and they half family; like they gone ride if need be type of vibe; very clean, colorful I did care for the background music was it even one well whatever. the smell when yu first walk in I swear it’s a spell to just be happy, enjoy life, I really appreciate them for the love/ care they give to there customers then the store. Second time since they been open and you could feel their love that they give even before walking in it’s a mind banger????❤️❤️ I swear every visit ima write a review ima be the good black Karen for my drinkers”
