The place is very professional, and although it’s mostly run by men, I felt very comfortable and well treated as a woman. Everyone was respectful, polite, and attentive from the moment we arrived.
We went to purchase some metal beams, and I also used the women’s restroom — and honestly, I was very impressed. It was spotless and had everything a woman might need.

“Best service in the area, they have certainly earned my business. I had some concerns about the color of some cedar board I was ordering, Brad said: “I’ll be right over”. He drove all the way to me just to make sure I was happy with the color before placing an order. Mind you this wasn’t even a large order, it was just enough board to wrap some porch posts. You can’t beat that kind of service, the best!”

“They open at 6am yesterday they unload you first come first served, no truck stops in the area so if you arrive early night just park parallel with building to the.left just before their company day cab truck... there's trash dumpsters so throw ur trash in them not onto the ground”
“One of the largest suppliers of construction ? materials in Orlando. I needed ceiling tiles they had the ones I needed at an excellent price. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I did not have to go into the Warehouse I was meet out side the office with my items. The nice staff members helped me load the items in my van. Now that is great service. ?”

“Truck drivers, park outside of the fence and go check in. Do not pull into the fence area because there is not enough room. When instructed to do so, pull into the parking lot across the street at the food bank and then back up to your dock at Alside. I would wait until you're through the fence before opening the trailer doors. The employees are helpful and work fast to get you unloaded.”

“I can not express how thankful I am to have met Eric in the lumbar dept this weekend. I went to Lowe's to build a feeding chair for our 3 yr old dog who was diagnosed with Mega esophagus. I took her measurements and went to get the lumbar and tools. I knew it was gonna need more cuts than they allow and I was prepared to get a jog saw and make the extra cuts Eric saw me with my sheet of lumbar and asked if I needed help. I could barely get the words out as I started crying hysterically. He was so sweet and genuine. He opened his arms and I just fell right into them. He took the time to make sure I got every piece I needed cut, he talked to me, he calmed me down, but most importantly he showed me he cared. I worked for years at Home Depot, so I have always been partial to the orange box but Lowe's was a lot closer and because of Eric, I will continue to return. Thank you for showing me the human kindness I needed and for taking such great care of me on Friday. The chair still needs the cushions added but so for it is a success. .”
“Delivered here this morning. Quick unloading, overnight parking on the street. You have to back in off the road, plenty of room to maneuver. Check in first PRIOR to entering the yard. You will be unloaded after they’re finished loading their trucks”

“We brought our mini skid in for servicing a week ago to replace the key that had broke. This is the third or fourth time we’ve brought our machine here, and while it’s not the easiest task since we live about two hours away, we’ve always appreciated Vermeer’s great customer service and work.
However, this time, I had a bit of a concern with the specialist assigned to our machine. I don’t want to go into too much detail, but I had some reservations about her because of the lack of communication and customer service. Fortunately, after speaking to one of the lead technicians, Josh, he went above and beyond for us. He thoroughly rechecked our machine, reviewed all the notes, and even reduced our bill because of the inconvenience.
Thanks to this little act of kindness and exceptional customer service, we’ll continue to bring our machine to Vermeer.”
