“Best service in the area, they have certainly earned my business. I had some concerns about the color of some cedar board I was ordering, Brad said: “I’ll be right over”. He drove all the way to me just to make sure I was happy with the color before placing an order. Mind you this wasn’t even a large order, it was just enough board to wrap some porch posts. You can’t beat that kind of service, the best!”

“I’ve bought my equipment from Vermeer since 2016 and I can’t recommend their product enough. Their sales representatives and the technicians go above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. Specifically, Michael Varela (Manager) has helped me out more times than I can count and Nick (the sales representative) got me setup with a beautiful stump grinder and made the process seamless. 10/10 recommend!”

“I wanted to leave this review because it’s truly well deserved 👏 The place is very professional, and although it’s mostly run by men, I felt very comfortable and well treated as a woman. Everyone was respectful, polite, and attentive from the moment we arrived. We went to purchase some metal beams, and I also used the women’s restroom — and honestly, I was very impressed. It was spotless and had everything a woman might need. My sincerest congratulations 👏 As a woman, I left pleasantly surprised by both the service and the attention to detail. I definitely recommend this place.”

“I had been so happy with the way RoMac serviced my garage door and opener, that I decided to have them come out and fix a window. The balancers and strings inside the window had broken. The window wouldn't even open. At 8 am Rod showed up promptly and had the window balancers and string replaced in 11 minutes! I couldn't be happier with the work I've had done with RoMac!”

“Truck drivers, park outside of the fence and go check in. Do not pull into the fence area because there is not enough room. When instructed to do so, pull into the parking lot across the street at the food bank and then back up to your dock at Alside. I would wait until you're through the fence before opening the trailer doors. The employees are helpful and work fast to get you unloaded.”
