“I think amongst all the JC Penney’s in Orlando this branch is a little different ,it’s in west oaks mall and since there is not much going on around it in this mall i personally feel not many people come down to it or mostly residents of the same Ocoee area only ,we came in a Sunday and i thought it will be busy but no ,parking was almost empty and very few people shopping inside which gave us ease and comfort of shopping and checking most items especially ones in the clearance area ,I feel if this place was in a more populated area it would have more footfall and more customers …I like this branch but not enough to want to come and look for new items ,but hey ,if you are in the area drop by and you might be surprised …”
