“This place is a diamond I. The rough. Strange area and you probably wouldn’t even know it unless you were specifically going there but once you step into the store it is organized to perfectly. The racks are nice and neat and all areas are labeled correctly. Plenty of merchandise at great prices. I highly recommend giving it a try.”

“The other day I went to VILLARD'S FORMAL to buy some dress pants for a party.I told him what I would be wearing, he picked the perfect pair of pants and instantly had them talored to my size. He fitted me like a professional. He has a great sense of fashion and saved me from making a huge mistake in the design.”

“I think amongst all the JC Penney’s in Orlando this branch is a little different ,it’s in west oaks mall and since there is not much going on around it in this mall i personally feel not many people come down to it or mostly residents of the same Ocoee area only ,we came in a Sunday and i thought it will be busy but no ,parking was almost empty and very few people shopping inside which gave us ease and comfort of shopping and checking most items especially ones in the clearance area ,I feel if this place was in a more populated area it would have more footfall and more customers …I like this branch but not enough to want to come and look for new items ,but hey ,if you are in the area drop by and you might be surprised …”

“1 star for the little girl working the register. Did not greet me or the person prior to me, said nothing during the entire transaction. Don’t know her name but she was wearing an “R” necklace. Needs to work on her customer service skills”
