They scammed me out of my $200 in application fees. They took my money with no hassle. But I was never ever able to follow up with them or find out anything about my application fee or money. A complete scam.

DO NOT USE THESE BROKERS!!! I SHOWED ONE OF THERE PROPERTIES AND MY CUSTOMERS PAID $200 AND A WEEK LATER THEY SAID THEY HAVE SQUATTERS IN THE HOUSE AND THEY WANTED ME TO GO OVER THERE AND GET THEM OUT SO MY CUSTOMERS COULD MOVE IN . NOW THEY WONT REFUND MY CUSTOMERS MONEY .
