“The facility was super clean and the staff was great. I had to extend my rental and I was given a little extra time during the rental period due to running behind during the move so
I didnt get charged for an extra day. However, The truck only had a 1/4 tank when I picked it up requiring me to stop for fuel twice. I had to get fuel just to complete my move, and also upon return. Not the type of inconvenience we needed during stressful moving.”
“Plenty of trucks available. I stopped at another UHaul store before Ocoee and there were no trucks available. The store was very clean and big. Employees were professional and helpful. I will come back to Ocoee UHaul for my future needs.”
