Self Storage in Ocoee, FL

“I cannot say enough great things about Extra Space Storage and their incredible team. From day one, every staff member has been professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping customers. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this location apart is the people who work there.

A special shoutout to Ishmael, who is the shining star of an already outstanding team. He consistently goes above and beyond, treats everyone with kindness and respect, and leads by example with exceptional customer service.

One experience that really stood out was when a stray cat became trapped near my storage unit. The entire team jumped in to help locate and safely recover the cat. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared and was willing to take time out of their day to help. Their compassion, teamwork, and dedication left a lasting impression on me.

What started as a business relationship has grown into genuine friendships, and that’s a testament to the quality of people working at this location. If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent service, a clean and secure property, and a team that truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Thank you to Ishmael and the entire staff for making every experience a positive one.”

“Exceptional Customer Service from Ms. Donna!

My experience at Midgard Storage in Ocoee was absolutely wonderful, and Ms. Donna deserves special recognition for her outstanding customer service. From the very first time I visited, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Every time I came onto the property, she greeted me, asked if I needed anything, and made sure I was taken care of.

During one especially scorching day, Ms. Donna even brought me bottled water, such a thoughtful gesture that truly showed how much she cared. She also listened to the information I provided about my storage needs and recommended a different storage option that turned out to be the perfect solution for me.

Whenever I forgot my entry information, she was quick and happy to assist. Her communication, positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience a pleasure.

The facility was clean, a lock was provided, and the customer service was exceptional. If I ever need storage again, Midgard Storage in Ocoee will absolutely be my first choice and Ms. Donna is a huge reason why.

I highly recommend Midgard Storage, especially for the exceptional service and care provided by Ms. Donna! ❤”

“If you want to improve, you can close the spot over on Maguire RdI think it’s Midgard storage rentals. All they do is take reservations and then don’t have the trucks and send the people to you where you guys have to do all the work. Not fair, not cool. #Midgardstinks!!!”
