From the moment I stepped into the store, Giovanni treating me like a rock star, but in a very calming and knowledgeable way. I got exactly what I came in for (and then some) because of the experience…and it took a lot less time than I expected. Mattress Firm rocks!”

“We had a great experience at Mattress Firm Outlet, and a huge part of that was our salesperson, Geovanni. He was amazing from start to finish. He was never pushy, was quick to give us out-the-door numbers, and even recommended some cheaper options that he thought might work for us. You definitely don’t always see a salesperson willing to steer you toward spending less, and we really appreciated that. So far, we’re very happy with our purchase and feel like we got a great deal and excellent value. The delivery team was also fantastic. They were professional and even went above and beyond by helping my wife move another mattress while I was at work, which they certainly didn’t have to do. There was also a small mix-up with our order that delayed delivery by a day. Geovanni went out of his way to reach out personally and offered us something for the inconvenience. It ended up being an awesome pillow for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it. It was a small gesture that said a lot about the level of customer service. Overall, this was a 5-star experience from the sales process through delivery. Highly recommend Geovanni and Mattress Firm Outlet to anyone in the market for a new mattress!”

“We purchased a mattress and pillows from the Altamonte Springs store and had the pleasure of working with Vette. She is the reason we purchased there. Her knowledge, professionalism, customer service and response time were unmatched by any other sales person at other mattress stores. (And we shopped many!) In addition, the regional sales manager delivered a loaner mattress to us himself because the delivery company wasn't going to make it in time for our move. This customer service is above and beyond. The mattress--Beauty Rest Black--Fabulous! To all of you at Mattress for less at 488 SR-436 in Altamonte, Thank you!!”

“Both the salesman and manager were such great people. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but when I do it’s because of exceptional service. The salesman Hector knew the exact bed I wanted and told me to wait for them to bring it to the store one day so I could feel it even though I was about to buy another mattress. I felt this new mattress the next day and it was even better and for a great price. I bought it and the manager went out of his way to help deliver it to me. It seems like these people are really here to help you not just sell you a mattress. Highly recommend.”

“Just moved to the area and we were in need of a mattress quickly. Gary went above and beyond to find a great mattress for us, and made sure that the mattress was delivered next day in the time frame we needed. The delivery guys didn’t have a part they needed for the bed frame when they arrived, they went straight back to the warehouse and got what they needed and came back that night to make sure we were all set. Highly recommend Mattress Mars to anyone looking for a new bed, thanks again guys!”
