I gave a very lackluster review of this business. Initially, I believe they delivered me the wrong mattress. When their warranty manager inspected their delivery at my home, he was very indifferent and rather curt and indifferent! I was very insulted as I felt that what I had sampled in the store was completely different to what was delivered to my home!
I must say that after vigorously, complaining, their upper management stepped in and vigorously extended themselves to amicably, resolve the problem! I think they were very courteous and more than reasonable and will be getting an exchange on the mattress free of charge!!! I should be getting my mattress this coming Friday and I’m looking forward to getting this delivery/exchange!!”
