Brandy evaluated my current shoe/fit, measured my feet, watched me walk, and listened to my pain points to recommend 3 pairs for me - all of which were solid options. She also helped me find a pair of sandals which took longer, but she was super patient and helpful. Prices were pretty reasonable compared with the same shoes on Amazon, and the personalized service was absolutely worth paying the (very small) difference. “3/15/26 I Went in for a question about a raffle winning I had and the next day and jaii was helpful answering my questions and the next day when I came back she remembered me and the conversation we had the day before and that made me feel valued .Dave took care of me and even made a suggestion for some good shoe cleaner stuff which was helpful . I was in a bit of a rush because I had to get somewhere by a certain time and Dave made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and jaii even encouraged me that I would make it to my destination and to stay positive and drive save and I MADE IT ON TIME ? My family went to Winter Garden for Shop Small Saturday. While we were walking down the street in front of Shoo Shoo, my wife noted a shirt in the window that she really liked. She didn't want to get it at the time. I tried to remember what it looked like and at least remembered where in the window display it was. Went back 2 weeks later and of course it wasn't there in the window. I remembered a little about the shirt but not enough to walk in and pick it out. I did talk to the staff and they jumped on their computer and went thru their Facebook postings and photos on their phone until they found a picture from that day. Luckily they were able to find which shirt it was and they still had it in stock. When I got it home to her, it was the shirt she really liked. Thanks to the staff for helping me find it.”

“Looking for shoes for my husband is really difficult. He has very wide feet and oftentimes we cannot find anything that will fit him. Gino helped him find shoes that were comfortable and fit like a glove. He was very nice too. The store itself is clean and well stocked for the holidays. Upon arrival we were greeted by a cheerful person at the door who also told us about the sales currently offered. All floor staff were wonderful! The only issue we had was at ring out the cashiers seemed to be more interested in visiting with their friends than finishing the sale. It wasn’t enough to take away from the stellar service everywhere else.”

“We looked everywhere and came to this store in Orlando all the way from New Jersey. My daughter was looking for prom shoes and was striking out everywhere. Morgan jumped in and offered to help right away as we came in. She was pleasant and did everything to make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs including ordering shoes in the right color and shipping them to our home. Although this wasn’t our original budget nor was it where we planned to get her shoes Morgan made the whole experience so pleasant that we decided it was worth the cost to make our daughter happy and felt good about the purchase because of Morgan. She even suggested no skid skins for the bottom of her shoes and gel inserts for the arch to make them more comfortable for her. Would definitely recommend this store and that you ask for Morgan to help you.”
