Try not to deposit money on their ATM . Their ATM always has problems I went to deposit money and it didn’t go through the ATM kept my money then it’s a headache you have to call file a claim it’s insane and when you go to the branch they say they don’t have nothing to do with their ATM it’s another contractor.

While this bank has gone downhill since the Truist takeover, this branch hands down has the absolute worst customer service. They don't ever answer the phone so making an appointment is an impossibility. Even if you have the extension of an actual employee your voicemail and emails go unanswered. An absolute nightmare!
