“I've recently opened an account with this bank after some disappointments with my prior bank caused me to require alternate accomodations. At the branch they have been very kind and supportive, and the banker I spoke with was very helpful in understanding my new account. I set up my account online so I appreciated the ease with which I was able to do that, but the difficulty comes when trying to have my card delivered. The app gave me an estimated delivery day, which was two days ago. On the app it now says my card has been returned to the sender, which caused immediate concern. It was 8am so I started a chat with an agent since it was too early to visit the branch location and I was told that the card has not arrived yet and to give it 7 business days to get to my address, it's probably just taking awhile with the mail. Today is the 7th day and she still hadn't answered my question about why it says it's been returned. She never did, by the way. She abandoned the chat and didnt so much as leave a message about it, so I waited another 15+ mins expecting she was still working on it and still nothing. I am very extremely disappointed with my service and if it weren't for the fact that this agent does not represent this branch I would give her as low of a rating as possible. She wasted my time while I'm trying to get ready for work and she never resolved my issue or looked as though she valued my time. What a waste, especially since my other interactions have been so great with this bank. Not that it'll help, I'm not even sure it's her real name, but the chat said her name was Carla”
