“Before we arrived we were determined to close the savings account .. however the manager Troy Tolbert turned the experience with this branch and the bank completely around. The account was not explained correctly by the previous banking individual prior so very upset when received a statement. Troy took the time to break it down and due to him caring about my mother as a customer... Not only did he save her account but she is considering moving her credit accounts her also...
