“I have needed a watch battery replaced for some time now. The other day while driving home I noticed a new watch and Jewelry repair shop not 2 miles from my home. I called and spoke with Michael the owner. He was so friendly and professional and he told me to come on in. He replaced the battery on the spot and the cost was only 5 dollars. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in need of repairs. Michael has been in the watch and jewelry repair business for 45 years. He will be my go to for any future repairs I may need.”
“I stopped through the Tudor Boutique while in town on a business trip. I had a great conversation with Johnny Tapia. As a Tudor owner I just wanted to see the boutique and look at a couple watches. He was gracious and patient while I browsed. He gave me a nice watch sleeve since I was wearing my Black Bay Pro! When the new GMT was announced, I called Johnny first and he said he would let me know as soon as my watch arrived! When I “got the call” just a few weeks later, Johnny worked through the order and I had my watch within 24 hours. If you’re going to buy a Tudor, buy it from this boutique!”

I went to another Movado store in Orlando and was told they did not have my watch band size and would not try to replace the battery in my over 27 year old watch because the glass might crack and I needed to send it to the Customer Service Center. In less than 15 minutes at this location my watch had a new band and a new battery. A+ service.”

After doing so, Breitling rose to the top for so many reasons.The service at Breitling was excellent and once I got to see their watches up close, I was impressed. The staff there was very accommodating and there were no pressure tactics. While I was there, a fellow came in to speak with a rep about his Breitling. I spoke with him. He said he had his Breitling for a few years and loves it.I've had my Premium B01 Chronograph for a few weeks now and I am not disappointed.
