“visit: september 19 2026 I had the most-amazing service today -Bart and Rett made me feel welcome the moment I walked in to get my vintage clock fixed (on a Saturday, when some if not most other places are closed for the weekend!) PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY! they deserve every client, and you will not be disappointed! My german wall clock had gears stuck or stuff that's not aligned and all.. he took about 10 or 15 mins making adjustments, when he finished, HE REFUSED A PAYMENT, DIDN'T CHARGE ME A CENT! he said that if it were really broken, I would have paid $350 bucks or more! The 1-star reviews given to this business are from 6, 8, even 9 years ago, from disgruntled clients who, sad to say, had a bad experience.. but if you look at recent reviews, they are flawless! Bart was upfront, you can tell the moment you exchange words with him (and Rett, who was typing-away in the office, but still didn't fail to communicate whatever comes to mind! A disclaimer, they are as funny as they are nice! This business deserves nothing less than 5 stars! Walk ins are welcome! Oh and by the way,my clock is working!! Thanks Bart+Rett!!”

“We had a great experience selling gold and silver American Eagles here today. Jason took care of us and was fair, transparent, and easy to work with the whole way through. He gave us a solid quote up front and it actually came in a little higher once he rechecked the spot price, which said a lot about how they run things. What really stood out was how he treated our kids. We brought them along and told him it would be a homeschool lesson, and he ran with it. He pulled out an old 1955 silver dime next to a modern dime and walked them through what a dime could buy back then versus now, and used it to explain inflation and why metals hold their value over time. It turned a routine errand into a memorable lesson for our kids, and that kind of extra effort doesn’t go unnoticed. If you’re looking to buy or sell coins or bullion in the Orlando area, ask for Jason. Highly recommend.”

I went in to get a quote and they were 40% lower! I was pleasantly surprised to meet Aldo and learn that he has been there for nearly 40 years. He was such a sweet Italian man. A breath of fresh air. “State of Art!! I'm from Brazil and was only in Orlando for 3 days on a business trip. I'm fascinated by handcrafted products made with extra care. I bought a spectacular watch from a watchmaker artist in Kyoto, Japan, but the strap was still missing something. So from Brazil I found FFF and made time to stop by the atelier. Starting with Shawn's reception, which was very friendly and he served me with a smile on his face. I really felt welcome and I could feel his excitement in receiving me. The atelier has its own atmosphere, it's everything you expect from a place like this. The smell of leather, various sheets of leather in the most diverse colors and types make the environment very beautiful. Shawn and his team were already crafting some pieces right there. And the shop has a lot of beautiful things, I had to be careful not to leave all my money there. And finally, the strap. Simply incredible, it completed my watch and today I truly have a unique combination on my wrist that probably nobody else in the world has. It turned out pure style. The strap is very comfortable, it feels like I'm not wearing anything. In the coming weeks I should buy a few more colors, and FFF has become a place I'll visit frequently on my next trips to Orlando.”
