“For anyone visiting in Orlando, do know that there's a lot of construction work that is occurring Pointe Orlando that is causing the pedestrian walkways to divert to avoid the project. To get access to Tharoo & Co., all you do is park in the parking deck and take the pedestrian marked walkway directly to Tharoo. My wife and I had a great experience here again. Really awesome personalized service. Do call Tharoo as appointments are (for a short time) recommended at least during the heavier parts of the project.”

“I have been to waterford Jewelers for 2 separate items now and it has been a great experience for both. I initially took a ring in when one of the small diamonds on the pave setting fell out and they fixed it like nothing had happened and fixed some of the other prongs. We just left there picking up a custom ring and the whole process was made so easy, I had been communicating with Frank and a few others about the settings and stones and it took me some time to make up my mind but they were responsive every step of the way, once I picked everything they had the custom ring done within the week! It was such a great process and everything looks stunning! Definitely recommend them for any of your needs.”

After doing so, Breitling rose to the top for so many reasons.The service at Breitling was excellent and once I got to see their watches up close, I was impressed. The staff there was very accommodating and there were no pressure tactics. While I was there, a fellow came in to speak with a rep about his Breitling. I spoke with him. He said he had his Breitling for a few years and loves it.I've had my Premium B01 Chronograph for a few weeks now and I am not disappointed. If you are thinking about a Breitling and you are in the area, I recommend a visit.”

“Swiss House AKA Bart P and staff are delightful, professional & thorough in their clock repairs. I have a Schatz round Nautical clock. It needed a few more adjustments and I was only charged for parts - not labor as that was done at the first pass. As Bart said "that is what warranties are for." Additionally, Swiss House is filled with many clocks for sale, too.And if you do go - try to get there on the HOUR and listen to all the clocks chime. It's very heavenly actually. Very peaceful. It harkens back to days of old.”

While there I noticed a Tudor boutique and decided to check them out. One look at the Black Bay 41 with the Anthracite dial and I forgot about the Breitling. Service was great, I was even offered some bourbon while there. I couldn’t be more happy with this purchase, If you’re on the fence don’t be.”

“Two days ago I slipped and fell and hit my ring, and both my husband and I agreed it was loose. I immediately took it to our local IDC (we live two hours south of Orlando) the next day and the lady who helped me took it, shook it and said, "it's fine" I explained that I would feel more comfortable if the jeweler looked at it so she took it back there, returning 30 seconds later telling me nothing is wrong with it. I could still feel the diamond move...but, I said thanks and left. I called my husband almost in tears, we're so invested into IDC with this damn diamond and their trade in program, I feel stuck. Needless to say today we drove to Orlando and was helped by amazing staff at the Conroy Road store. They did confirm the diamond was loose, and after about 5 minutes, they returned and the jeweler had fixed it. We spoke to the manager and explained our entire experience and he asked if we had 10 more minutes, he wanted to fix my ring. He came back a few minutes later and it's a perfect circle. He apologized profusely for the experience we've had, and sad to say, my husband and I will be traveling to Orlando from Port Saint Lucie (2 hours) just to see Ivette and the rest of your team at Conroy Road.”
