“This is a fantastic smoke shop the girl was knowable and helpful to help me find a hand pipe for my girlfriend we needed an emergency hand pipe $25 isn’t bad my only complaint is they didn’t have any pocket hand pipes would visit and shop agian”
“Sadie is literally the best so helpful and kind. Been to 2 locations the one in Spring Hill and Dade city and both were very clean unlike a lot of smoke shops. Plus glass prices are very reasonable. You could walk into any of their locations and it’s a guaranteed good experience.”
“Kenny is a gem. Everyone is sweet, helpful and always in a good mood. Never make me feel stupid while deciding on a vapey. Love this shop. Will never go anywhere else ♥️”
“Came in with my grandmother for another vape. Employee had excellent customer service and explained and assisted my grandmother with prices while sticking to her brand preferences without pressure.”
“This place always has the type of Vape juice that I want. This guy was also one of the very few vape shops in the area that actually carries Vape devices. The guy that runs the store is very nice and respectable.”
“Their point system actually works! If you go there often it’s worth putting your number in I had $20 just waiting on their when I finally downloaded the app! ?? nice!”
“Kenny & staff is always helpful, knowledgeable & excellent costumer service! I’ve been coming to this shop for 10 years & won’t go anywhere else!”
“Shout out to J, for always giving great recommendations and being so helpful. The selection at this place is awesome, and it's a relaxed atmosphere. Thx again, back again soon”

“The staff that work/own the shop are very professional and very informative about any and all products they sell there!! Highly recommend even for a short stop and go totally worth it.”
“There are some very nice people who work here. But cashless transactions go onto there loyalty card. I will not permit my American currency and freedom to be infringed on that way by a business or government. I hope the state legislation will stop people from doing this. We have to vote against it.”
“Recently moving from Naples to the Tampa area I had to find a new place for loose tobacco and tubes for my nicotine fix. Closest one to where I live is, Super M. I have been back every time I need a refill. Prices are great with a good selection. Staff always friendly as can be. Aubrey was so helpful and friendly. Good times. Thanks Super M!!!”
“Robyn was the girl behind the counter today, and she helped me so much. I was looking for something very niche, something that most stores don’t carry, and while she didn’t have the exact item, she was able to figure out how to make it work by looking into the juice pods and a vaporessor So that I could get the flavor that I’ve been wanting forever and no one sells anymore, but that is available in juice pods. She was so kind and so friendly, and I really appreciate that. I’ve already had really good interactions at this store, but today really said it apart. Thank you, art of smoke!”
“This is the second time I've been there. The people are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about cigars. I got some very good information the first time I went which encouraged me to go back. They have a large humidor room with a very good selection of cigars. Their prices are competitive with other cigar stores. They have a small smoking area at the front of the store. They are a small storefront so they've invested their space in product.Would recommend (and have) to family and friends.”
“i love going to different smoke shops all the time however, this smoke shop is probably one of the only few that i keep coming back to. the employees here have gone out of their way multiple times to match my budget. they are increadibly patient and obviously try to put effort and countless time into this shop. they are constantly trying to add new products and always staying on top of making sure things are stocked. the location is also perfect for me as it's not a too far drive from my house. i honestly really like coming here because of the customer service, and that they really know what they are selling. some shops barely know anything about the things they sell. t”
“Great experience at Flame Smoke Shop! The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the store was clean and well stocked. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back.”
“This store has everything I need, and if they don’t have something, they will get it for me. Everyone is very accommodating and super helpful that works there.”
“Awesome Staff great prices, the husband and wife are great and really knowledgeable about the products they sale ,I use to go to 2 other shops and thought they were good shops but they do NOT compare to this shop ? My Son and I both agree this is the New 4ever shop that fit our Needs!”
“Friendly educated staff, decent selection from all top brands ( Fuente, Ashton, my father, Montecristo, drew estate, and so on. Lounge has very comfortable seats, and the shop also has a very nice selection of cutters and lighters. If anybody can find a link for one of those wall mounted cigars they have by the entrance I’ll send you a slice of pizza<3.”
“Second 5 star for this place. Im assuming it changed ownership? Use to be called Drip.Again, customer service is outstanding. Staff are very friendly and professional.I come here often for juice and coils. Recently purchased a different tank and some coils a few weeks ago. Tried changing the coils today and they werent the correct coil.Came back and explained the situation.Turns out, Geekvape gave them the wrong tank. They only carry the Z version tank and mine is the Z Max. Which take the M series coils. Unfortunately they dont carry M series coils, understandably because the dont carry the Z Max.Theyre so awesome, not only did they refund the coils even after I opened one in a five pack, they also offered to exchange the entire tank.I highly recommend this place.”
“A gentleman I owned lists location is so nice and helpful. It is always there for you if you have a question or if you have an issue with anything, he is always there to help.. very sweet guy!”

“Complete novice. Ladies in the shop were extremely helpful and informative. Had a wonderful selection to choose from. I work in ybor area, but this is convenient to my house”
“Cute little place and easy to find they have a wide variety of smoking devices, glassware, and vapes. The owner is super cool and it seems as though he only hires great employees. I’ve never had any issues here if you’re in the area and you’re in need of a vape swing in, you will not be disappointed ?”
“Everyone is so kind and gives great customer service. Large selection and they have tobacco flavored vapes, which i realize now are hard to find. Rewards program as well. Love this place!”
“MR. SMOKE | SMOKE SHOP is an awesome shop with a huge selection and a really great atmosphere. The store is clean, well organized, and packed with products, but the standout for me was their great collection of bongs. They have everything from simple affordable pieces to really unique, high-quality glass with creative designs and colors.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They were happy to answer questions and help compare different options without being pushy, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable.
You can tell this shop puts effort into carrying quality products and keeping the store stocked with cool inventory. If you’re looking for a smoke shop with an impressive glass selection and good customer service, MR. SMOKE is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Been here twice. Once in the middle of the night and last was during “normal” hours. Both females who helped me with my smoking products were amazingly helpful and talkative. Was very kind and pleasant both times.”

“A vastly different experience from most smoke shops.
I went in looking for a 510 thread battery for my medical cartridges.
Most smoke shops I've been to have two or three options at best.
This one had dozens of options that I have never seen.
The person working there was incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable.
What a amazing smoke shop! I will definitely make the drive to go back out there.”
