Tried to call and keep getting run around with automated service absolutely horrible

So I was supposed to have my package delivered today by Amazon and United postal service was delivering it I have had FedEx and UPS deliver to my house and this lady could not find my address even on my account there are specific instructions add my phone number and they did not even bother to call

Unprofessional, I did a change of address over three weeks ago, even went to a different post office to fix the problem , still no official change of address papers nothing at all.
