Worst delivery service ever. Doesn't even attempt to deliver packages but lies and says they do

I got a receipt on line saying my package was left at my front door at 12pm today. Not Here!! I pay for shipping and have to drive 20 miles to get my package. I pay taxes. Either fund the post office so it can be efficient or CLOSE it down. Ty
