We were told to put our mailboxes on the north side of the street for even numbers. Why doesn't the carrier know this. The house and yard is clearly marked and a sign on the mailbox to deliver 60 across the street. Instead carrier delivers to 51. Why? We had a good carrier and this week our packages are at a neighbors

I have lived at the same address for 9 years and I have a very sweet lady mail carrier, and I have much respect for her working with her disability, having said that, within the last year I have had bills with checks in them not delivered, I dont know whos fault that is, but it was hand delivered to the post office.I
