“Shawn was amazing and did a fantastic job at not only replacing my windshield but also helped me fix some lingering issues. I wish I had done this like 3 years ago and stopped this leak I had which was shorting out my truck and causing the horn to blow and other issues like OD light blinking. 2001 f350 7.3
He also showed me where my frame was rusting from the previous glass job where they did not only fail to glue more than half the windshield on but they did not prime the scratched metal and my truck was rusting

“Gerber did a fantastic job repairing a dent in the roof, major cracks in the windshield, and a dent in the hood following a large tree branch that fell on my car. Insurance paid most of the bill, and now my car looks like it was new. There was a slight delay with the windshield, as the first windshield Honda sent was cracked. Gerber kept me informed throughout the process and everything was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the results.”

“Had a crack in our 2022 Santa Fe windshield. Contacted our insurance to confirm our comprehensive coverage. We called Lloyd’s of Shelton in Largo, Fl and spoke with Dorie. She was very helpful and made all the arrangements for a OEM windshield, took care of all the insurance paperwork and called back with a date the installer would come to our home.
On the day of the appointment, Jason called us to let us know he would be there in about 15 minutes. He installed the OEM windshield and calibrated the camera and heads-up display. All worked perfectly. He was done in less than an hour.
Would highly recommend this business. If in the future, we ever have the need to replace a windshield, we will definitely return to this business.”
“I had a great experience with Dave. He is really knowledgeable, courteous, honest and he actually answers his phone and stays in contact and coordination. He explained to me why my windshield was leaking and showed me some peripheral rust/damage that needed to be fixed before he could replace the glass. He referred me to a great body shop and worked with the body shop to get my van fixed up and back to me within a few days, all damage repaired and new windshield. It was a refreshing experience in today’s day and age of horrible customer service.”
“Took my manual 5 speed fiesta here because of strange noises and performance issues. A ford dealer told me it was only clutch and quoted a very high price for the fix. Wes from this shop serviced/replaced the clutch, told me it might actually be the transmission after a persisting noise issue and finding out that the gearbox was out of oil, found a place for me to get a good used transmission, and installed the transmission all for a fraction of a price from the dealership. I've looked around other shops before them and their value was significantly better and they were one of the only few ones willing to take on the job talking over the phone. This shop has a small surrounding space so schedule your repair wisely and the shop will be able to service your car more efficiently if you have them check your car beforehand rather than just tell them you need something replaced. My car runs fine now thanks to them.”

“Had Integrity replace my truck windshield couple months ago. Lucky me picked up a small chip in my new windshield. Of not their fault. Set up an appt. arrived on time same teck (the owner ) looked at it said so small not worth fixing . No charge . What? Your kidding? Nope. Appreciate your honesty . Some others would have done it. Highly recommend them they live up to their name. Gave him $20.00 for gas at least. Had to insist on him taking it.”
“I have a Fisker that has been discontinued for production and I called about ten autoglass shop but no shop is willing to replace the windshield. Finally I read about Rite Touch Glass on a forum and decided to give it a try even it is four hours drive from I live. Jennie is genuinely the best customer services i have ever worked with. “Awesome, awesome job!! It was hot as heck and my old window had the stupid sticky tar like glue on it. Probably ruined his gloves but they got it done super quick! Everyone else was more expensive and I would have had to wait until Monday or Tuesday. The came on Saturday!! Even cleaned up all the broken glass inside the truck. Couldn't be more satisfied!”

“Amazing ? truly amazing. Mike got my windshield out and the new one in within 30 minutes. It was so quick and looks beautiful. I'm beyond pleased. I called yesterday, around 4pm, for a quote on a replacement windshield, I spoke with Stacey and she handled everything. She called my insurance company, set up an appointment for the next day (today,) and less than 24 hours later everything was complete. I never imagined it would be such a simple, and hassle free experience. Thank you so much to Mike and Stacey for making my experience such a pleasant one. The gentleman who came by to do my windshield replacement was prompt and professional.
