“Ive not had a good sleep in years. Shawn Thompson was an incredible salesman, he was not pushy, gave me really informed information and made this scary expensive experience not so scary. I'm anticipating the arrival of my new bed as the pillows themselves helped with what little sleep I got last night!”
“I was looking for a new mattress for a Murphy bed. I described what I was looking for and what I thought was wrong with my current mattress. Bryce listened and suggested a few different options that fit my needs. He was knowable and kind. In addition, he was able to get the mattress set up for delivery only 2 days from when the order was placed. I had a terrific experience!”
“Absolutely wonderful! I was walked through type of mattress and how it’s made. And the time that Randy Vallee took with me is beyond words. I will recommend him to everyone.”
“I had Tad help me buy a well needed comfy king size matress, plus items and 5 yr coverage.
He was professional, friendly, funny, and found me great deals.
I'm grateful for Tad. Very nice, honest, polite man,. I can tell even over the phone.
Need this bed soon, for medical reasons for my husband and I.
THANK YOU TO TAD AND CLEARWATER FL,
MATTRESS FIRM.
MY SECOND BIG PURCHASE THERE. SINCERELY,
Mr. And Mrs. Paul Jeffords”
“Worked with Jeremy a few times and he never disappoints. Always willing to go the extra mile to make the experience a good one! I won’t buy a mattress any where else.”
“Red was great! He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. He made finding the right mattress easy and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back to see him when it’s time to upgrade our other mattresses!”
“Spoke with Thiego, looked at mattresses in several places he was great to work with totally worked with us on the price got us exactly what we want for the price we wanted. I would highly suggest going here. Great person great service.”
“If you’re looking for a mattress, ask for Jozsef at Mattress Firm. This was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Jozsef was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress—not just making a sale. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the differences between the options without any pressure, and answered every question we had in a way that was easy to understand.
What really stood out was his honesty and professionalism. We never felt rushed or pushed toward the most expensive option. Instead, he focused on finding the mattress that best fit our needs and budget. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
If you’re shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Jozsef. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel simple and enjoyable. Thanks again for the outstanding service!”

“Writing this for my Aunt:
Dennis was fantastic to work with! He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help us find the perfect mattress for our guest bedroom. He also found us great discounts, which we really appreciated. There was never any pressure to buy, just honest and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Dennis and Mattress Warehouse!”

“July 22, 2025
just got my bamboo and aloe Vera mattress from this wonderful place as I type this, I cant recommend them enough, cant beat their prices with a stick! run don't walk to their store and get your money's worth I'm sure glad I did, i'll go to them forever good quality, good people, honest, generous to a fault, wouldn't think of going any place else, now my mamma's going to this great store to get her mattress next. I highly recommend them to anyone!”
“Scott and his boss at Somis in Citrus Park Mall really went above and beyond in customer service for me. I had an issue with my Nectar Mattress warranty where Nectar really gave me the run around for 7 months to claim it and they denied me. Never buy from an online company! Long story short, he and his boss solved my issue and I am very grateful. They will continue to have my business. I would also like to add if anybody has terrible migraines or neck problems that the Bamboo pillows are a HUGE game changer and worth the money. I left my old one at a hotel on a road trip (won't leave home without it over night) and when I came home, I went back to buy another. 100% amazing pillow and their Wellville mattresses are a whole other level of comfort. I jumped on my side of the bed and my boyfriend didn't even feel it! No sinking and its a soft firm, Hybrids are great! Thank you so much!”
“If 10 stars were possible, Perfect 2 Blend and David have easily earned that and more! His selection, pricing and delivery service is second to none! I couldn't be happier with everything I bought for my new home. David is trustworthy, honest and more than fair. I love shopping with a small business that puts its heart into every aspect of the transaction. Definitely a worthwhile visit from Palm Harbor to Seminole. Thank you David!!”
“Jery was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the differences between the mattresses.
Jery never made us feel rushed. He is a huge asset to Mattress Firm.”
“We purchased the OHCO M.8 NEO massage chair and we love it. Sish the owner of Relax In Comfort gave us all of the information we asked for and more. He spent around 2 hours with us at the store and continued to follow up afterwards on the phone to make sure the entire experience was perfect. Thank you Sish! The NEO is an incredible massage chair and much better than any massage chair we tried! If maximum therapy is your goal, make sure this chair is on your list of products to try. It is maybe not the most affordable, but it is definitely the Best Massage Chair on the market today. We love our NEO!”
“We had a wonderful experience shopping for a new living room set. Our sales woman Becky Riber was the best. She gave us space to try out the furniture and shop, but always close by to answer all our questions, she's was such a sweetheart. We really enjoyed working with her. Thank you Becky for your advice and knowledge about our purchase. This is why we always shop Rooms To Go, the best customer service!”
“Jake was the most knowledgeable Matress salesman that I have ever met. He worked in the factory and knew his product inside and out. Chain salesman are just commissioned parrots for Sealy, etc.
The prices are excellent. No middleman mark up. I bought a Matress that would have been much, much more at a chain or department store.”
“Steve was awesome. He was able to help is find what we wanted at an outstanding price. If you go in store, ask for Steve! They will have everything you need and more.”

“Robert found us the best mattress we have ever slept on with a fair deal too. Next day delivery and set up. I was surprised how efficient everything was. Top notch!”
“My experience at Arya Mattress in this mall was exceptional! Among the three mattress stores here, Arya stands out for its unique offerings and outstanding customer service. What truly sets Arya apart is its incredible team of employees, particularly Stan. From the moment we stepped in, Stan greeted us warmly and displayed an impressive knowledge of their products. He patiently listened to our preferences and guided us through their collection. Although we initially tried the Sand Key bed and found it wasn't quite the right fit for us, Stan's recommendation of the Copper bed turned out to be perfect – it felt like a dream!Stan's professionalism and dedication to ensuring customers find the ideal mattress truly made our shopping experience enjoyable. Moreover, Scott, the manager, deserves recognition for his adept oversight of the entire process, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.Additionally, I highly recommend the Remedy Three base, which Stan expertly recommended based on our needs. The combination of Stan's guidance and the quality of Arya’s products truly exceeded our expectations.Thank you, Stan, Scott, and the entire team at Arya Mattress, for providing such exceptional service and a beautiful product. We're grateful for the wonderful experience and look forward to enjoying our new mattress for years to come!”

“Eric and the team accommodated my needs with an immediate response and solution. I really appreciate this store and their services today. Five stars all around! Thanks again.”
“KP was absolutely perfect and fun and very patient with me. We looked at the same furniture over and over until finally I just had to decide on the one that was calling to me the first time, but I had to make sure by looking at other furniture. She is awesome. I can’t post a photo of my furniture because it won’t come till the end of August but it will be well worth the wait I’m sure.”
“I liked that the staff explained the difference between materials instead of simply pushing expensive options. That helped us choose something practical within budget. The bed’s upholstered headboard feels comfortable and easy to clean. After several months of use, there’s still no sign of wear or loose fittings.”
“I've purchased a bunch of items from this store to furnish new offices. They have a great selection of items and are worth a look if you need any kind of furniture. And it's always changing so come back a week later if you didn't find what you needed the first time!”
