“Heather was a delight and extremely helpful! I am thrilled with my experience. It wasn’t my first time in the store but we have been having difficulties finding the correct hardware for our shower and she was an unexpected gem! She helped us locate what we needed even though they didn’t have it in store she was able to find it for me and have it shipped to us. Fingers crossed it all works but this is the best I’ve felt about this bathroom since we started it! Thanks Heather!

“I've been working with this location for about 6months now. I initially got a gaming console for my son and then a few months ago, I needed a new washer and dryer pretty quickly. Every time I deal with these guys, in person or over the phone, they treat you like you are their only customer. I just had a technical glitch withe the gaming console and worked with Mike and Rob. Both are awesome and went above and beyond and Mike made a few additional calls to help me. They always make sure you are good to go before they consider a problem solved. Thank you guys!”

They take care of their customers very well. I had ordered a few things in the improper size or style and they have exchanged everything for me without any hassle.

“I had a wonderful experience thanks to George! I came in looking for the parts I needed for a toilet that I was installing, and he went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed
Even though the store was extremely hot, George never let it affect his attitude. He was kind, patient, and had a big smile on his face the entire time. He even joked about the heat, making the situation feel lighthearted and showing that he genuinely cared more about helping his customers than being uncomfortable.
It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. George was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
