I love Petsmart . I have one located very close to me and the manager is nice enough to match their on-line prices . I would recommend going to Petsmart for all of your animals needs . Customer service has changed a bit for the worse but since it's the closest dog store near me I still go. Hopefully they get better. Well I've been back since I last visited and unfortunately this store has not changed since my last review.

Think twice before buying here.
I recently bought a grooming brush for my cat from this store. The item was fully sealed in thick plastic, and I never opened or used it. I later found the exact same brush at another store for a much better price, so I decided to return the one I bought here.
When I came in to return it, the staff asked for my phone number—even though I don’t have a profile with them. I declined to provide it, and they told me they couldn’t process the return unless I gave them my full personal information: my first and last name, and my phone number.
Can someone please explain why my personal information is required just to return an unused, sealed item with a receipt? This experience felt unnecessarily invasive and made me very uncomfortable. Customer service should not come at the cost of privacy.

The nicest, cleanest PetSmart I've ever been into. Nice selection for fish, birds, and supplies. Cute cats up for adoption. Helpful employees. Grooming always seems busy. That's nice to see!

Recently my dog had a grooming appointment and ended up collapsing during a bath. The attendant's name was Alexis B and the I am sure the others that day helped as they quickly alerted me and rushed my dog to the nearest vet office. I arrived later and turns out my dog had a small heart murmur and stress might have caused the issue. He seems to be ok now. PetSmart also paid for the vet visit and continues to ask how he is doing. People like this are the ones that understand service is feeling and should be rewarded with good comments. Thank you to the team there and Alexis for helping my Hucky Dog through a difficult time.

Love everything about this dog groomer! Melissa was wonderful with my dog! When we went to walk out, he saw Melissa and went over to her! ?? So you know he was in good hands!
Cut was perfect and even had some suggestions for me.
Love that you can book your appointment online and pre check in! Saves so much time and makes the process so easy!
Look forward to returning for his winter cut!

Staff was not helpful or welcoming. The adoption center would allow potential adopters to visit the cats, no reason why, I even looked for signs saying if it wasn't visiting hours. Rude and subpar service.

Linda & Jeanne are excellent at caring for and looking after the animals. However, the adoption process is shady and outright disrespectful. I would never consider visiting the shelter or the satellite location @ Petsmart again. The feeling I have in my stomach after my experience dealing with them is something I would never wish on anyone else. They made me feel like a scum-of the earth human who is not worthy of one of there cats. Animal
adoption can be selective, but there is a right and wrong way to the process. These two women are exemplary of the wrong way to conduct an adoption agency/shelter.
I would highly recommend exploring other options & staying away from the Pet Smart @ Tampa Rd & Curlew.

Went to go adopt a kitten and Linda was extremely rude and unpleasant, she made the entire experience at PetSmart just awful.
