“I came to visit while on vacation from Indiana and this place had to have been one of my more memorable visits. The taste of the pork belly is still on my tastebuds. I had my mom who lives there visit again just to take a video so I can tell someone here in Indiana they need to get something like this place here!! Wonderful owner and when I come back to visit it will be on my list to visit again.”

“Aside of parking/cart return locations, this is one of my favorite Publix stores! Everything feels fresh from the atmosphere, produce, floral and meat to the deli. Staff is very outgoing and fun, checkout is quick, and the souvenir section is good for locals and tourists for a quality purchase, not a Chachi grab!!”

“Ok. Only complaints are parking and the the handicap electric carts will sometimes just quit, not from a battery, but from a faulty switch in the seat I think. I had one stop on me smack in the middle of the road. Staff is friendly.”

“My favorite Publix! Only lacking more stations to return the shopping carts. You need to carry your bags without a cart or walk away to bring the cart back. Maybe that's the reason so many people leave the carts in the middle of the parking lot.”

“This is a nice, clean, and inviting store to shop. They had everything we needed, including fresh produce, a deli and sandwich bar, and everything else you expect from a really nice Publix. I actually made the drive to this one after a not so great experience at another location. Totally worth the extra miles!”

“I really want to shout out the store manager Will, a couple of weeks back I noticed a lady had dropped fruits on the floor ( it was a mess and someone could've trip on that) I saw Will and mentioned about it and offered to help clean, he immediately jump tonthe area and when I looked he was just picking everything up with bare hands and I said Sr I help you and he said I got it. I just want to say not a lot of managers would've act the same way. He really took care of it without hesitate. Thank you.”

Deli was super busy at 1:30pm and not enough products on the carry out shelves with a long line waiting for sandwiches or deli orders. Plenty of buy one get one offers. Employees were very courteous and the self checkout worked perfectly. Would recommend this location to others.”

The employees are consistently some of the nicest and most helpful people you’ll find in any grocery store. If you need help finding something, they don’t just point you in the right direction — they’ll walk you over to it. That level of service is rare these days.
The store is always clean, well stocked, and organized. Every time I shop at another Publix or another grocery store, I end up comparing it to this one — and most of the time this Westchase Publix comes out ahead.
Great staff, great service, and a consistently good shopping experience. This is how a grocery store should be run.”

As I approached the cold coffee creamer stand, I noticed the creamer I was looking for was out of stock. As Frankie walked by, I said excuse me, Sir, do you have the out-of-stock product in the back. He nicely stated, " Wait a minute, Sir, and I will look. He returned with a box of the creamer in two minutes, and I brought two. Job Well Done!”

“I love this Aldi and shopping selection employees are always nice and helpful * Only issue I have is the two scammers sitting out side pretty much harassing us for money when we come to shop and today there was a female an male together he tried to be intimidating to me and my kids because he seen I was an only female with three kids I am reporting this to the store hopefully something can be done if not an they are still there I will be taking further action on my own because no one should feel unsafe to get groceries and I shop here because I’m not rich so I don’t need to be begged for my money I work for mines and I have my own family to care for”

“Just had a store-wide issue with the registers (couldn't read credit cards for multiple people), but Jay and Nate did their best to make sure I was able to leave with my groceries and not feel embarrassed. Solid dudes. We already love Aldi, but they made it feel a little more welcoming.”
