“Staff vary super helpful in fixing my Playstation 5 controller. The guy who attended me was super cool. He had GTA 6 trailers playing throughout the store and was super excited for the upcoming release. Overall I liked going to a gamer friendly repair shop who had very fair prices. They left my controller in better condition than when I bought it stock. They made the joysticks magnetic, which made the controller overall more responsive! And for a price thats cheaper than buying a brand new stock controller! Definitely recommend for gamer repairs.”

I had a stereo receiver that I was unable to remove the plug from the back of a heavy custom wall unit and spoke to Ken on the phone for advice. He looked up the model no. so he could advise me. Ken said as long as the plug was not plugged into the outlet, the cord could be cut and plug fixed. I followed his instruction, took it to Video Hospital, and Ken fixed it as I waited. He made the plug as good as new and it worked perfectly! The price was also extremely good!”
