The employees have no clue what they’re working on from the fact that they Sell fake items.Their policy allows them to steal money from customers and stay with property that they don’t owned. Between them and their schemes, I’m going to be serving this establishment and company for property loss. Again, they don’t call you to inform you about anything. They wait until you lose your property so they can sell it for higher price. It’s really disgusting that they’re still open. A lawsuit will be handed to them in by Monday.”

Their customer support was enthusiastic and accommodating.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought a $163 lamp that burnt out after 8 months and 14 days. Missed the 180 warranty by two months. I would have been better off buying the non-OEM, cheap version from Amazon. I’ve been a long time customer of MyProjectorLamps so this makes me sad to have to start going elsewhere.”

“What a fantastic place! Ishmael,in particular, an incredible, warm, understanding person. Took my wife's galaxy 8+ relic phone. Phone, not turning on. Immediately they diagnosed the situation and started working on it. We explained that we just wanted it to turn on so we could get info from the memory. They put a new battery and realized it was a defective ic chip. Ishmael tried and get it going, trying to send info to the cloud so it could be .downloaded to the new phon. He tried, had it going overnight. Phone uploaded some of the info, pictures and contacts but would go out. The chip was getting so hot he had to give up.At least the most important stuff was uploaded. We recieved several calls about the lack of progress . I said do your best. He called said it was not posible to do more and would be reurning our payment. When we picked it up, we told him that he needed to be paid for all the work. It was only 30 dollars! Didn't seem fair, even with the bad result they, should be paid! This is THE place to take your tech items folks. Hard to find an HONEST place any more. I recommend this location with no reservations what so ever! Happy new year!”

I am a 1st time customer into the Metro by T-mobile Network, I learned about the inexpensive plans for multiple lines through a close-friend of mine who has been a customer for over a decade and I must say that making the transition over to a NEW Carrier while requesting to keep an existing number from my previous carrier and using paid-in-full devices couldn't have been easier. Brandon processed everything for me, utilized all of his resources, and provided solutions that fits my personal and business needs. The location was clean and other associates were friendly and welcoming. Though this may be a new location to Miami Gardens, the talent and customer service already resides there.
