“They had exactly what I needed for my projector. Install was easy, but about a month afterwards my new bulb went out. I took it out and saw it was damaged. Got with these guys and within a day they were sending me a replacement bulb totally free of charge! Great customer service and they stand behind their products.”

As such they returned to me most of my property. I guess the other person was new and tried to convince me they returned all my property I was missing a HDMI cable. That I provided in the initial interaction with the new person who said I didn't with a straight face😞 luckily that young man was paying attention to the transaction and quickly retured my missing HDMI cable. That young man was honest and fair. An important corner stone in any business.He is an asset to the business.Give him a raise.”

“I got my iPhone screen fixed here and the whole experience was easy. I called first and they gave me a clear price over the phone with no hidden fees. When I got there, they did exactly what they said they would and it was really fast. I like that they explain everything clearly and don't make things complicated. They give you a 30-day warranty which is plenty of time to make sure the phone is working right. They also made it clear the warranty doesn't cover if I drop it and break it again, which is totally fair. If you want a fast repair without any runaround, this is the spot.”
“Staff vary super helpful in fixing my Playstation 5 controller. The guy who attended me was super cool. He had GTA 6 trailers playing throughout the store and was super excited for the upcoming release. Overall I liked going to a gamer friendly repair shop who had very fair prices. They left my controller in better condition than when I bought it stock. They made the joysticks magnetic, which made the controller overall more responsive! And for a price thats cheaper than buying a brand new stock controller! Definitely recommend for gamer repairs.”
