“Jordan, were excellent. We have been struggling with fraudulent activities on our metro account and we lost all of our phone lines. Jordan was able to recover one of them, no customer service employee over the phone was able to do so and he also gave us clear instructions for what the next steps were to get the rest. Very knowledgeable and ready to help. Thank you!”

“Alex the store manager and Marie and the delivery guys are doing an awesome job, Keep up the good work the only thing that I have a problem with that when making a payment online that the system is outdated and needs to be updated as soon as possible. We are in 2026 the system need to be more efficient so customers could understand how to make the payment. A new thing that Arona company could offer that customers can pick up where other customers left off existing items that would be a great new service that new customer and existing customer can take advantage of. Let go”

“They have variety of coffee and snacks. Plenty of parking, but inside the store the aisles have little space, so 2 people cant pass at the same time at once. Pretty small space inside. Also the bathroom was dirty.”

“Amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Juan and Carlos. From the moment we walked in, Carlos greeted us right away and made us feel very welcome. After having a bad experience at AT&T, Juan and Carlos truly turned things around for us. They provided excellent customer service, were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we got exactly what we needed. We’re very happy to say we left with our new phones and a great overall experience. Huge shoutout to both of them, and wishing Carlos nothing but success in his new job. Thank you Juan and Carlos for making this such a positive experience!”
