“I had a great experience at this Identico location. The wait wasn’t as bad as I expected. The room was full when I walked in, but I walked out with everything completed in less than an hour. Shelly at the front desk was funny and friendly. The parking in the gate has limited spots, but the turnaround is pretty quick.”

“I’m so glad I found Key Basis!! I had spent the whole night with food poisoning symptoms and was very dehydrated. I couldn’t even get up from bed. I texted them to see if they could accommodate me into the schedule and they said they could at 8pm at night which worked for me. The nurse that came, Emily, was very nice and I loved getting to know her a bit. She was gentle and explained everything to me. I felt so much better after the IV and it definitely helped me recuperate faster. I would recommend them and use them again.”

First time there : Never got results. Called their number they said to send an email. Never responded to my email.
Second time: Got results instantly. Staff was SUPER nice.”

“Really friendly staff. They were all nice. It saddens me that people think some of them not speaking English well merits a bad review. Very inconsiderate to give a bad review for that. But I had a great experience and I was in and out. I’m an A&P mechanic so it seems I may be coming here often. But I’m happy to do so as everyone in there was really nice and helpful. I’m sorry that you get rude people in there with a lack of awareness thinking their rudeness should be met with kindness. But I have nothing bad to say at all.”
“I recently went to have my labs done at Quest off Miramar Parkway in the Winn-Dixie Plaza. I was very impressed with the service provided. I got there and the check-in was via my Cell phone to let them know I have arrived for my appointment. I was seen in less than 5 minutes after checking in. Thanks to the Technician that took very good care of me drawing my labs in Room 1 on 6-13-2024!”

“My wife needed to get a some blood work done for a upcoming surgery and it was a last minute pre-assessment requirement. Quest and others were closed but they were OPEN till 5:30 PM! Nurse was very professional and took samples, results were available the next morning. Very reasonable prices.”

“Yesterday I was at Coastal Drug Testing to do the drug tests for the police application and honestly they stole 120 dollars from me, the reason I 'm telling it to understand. The man tells you go into the bathroom do not flush but he does not tell you not to open the faucet to wash your hands he wait that you open it and that's when he tells you that you have to repeat the exam and pay again. In exchange today I was in this place Airport Medical Solutions, and from the girls in front including the owner they are excellent, incredible attention and communication and the price only 50 dollars, without a doubt I recommend this place is wonderful and clean. The other is disgusting without any kind of cleaning.”

“I made the appointment the same day after walking into the Sheridan St location with multiple people complaining that they were there since 8am and it was 11 AM. I found an appointment at the Jackson North area 170th street location in North Miami and it was pouring down rain. My appointment was at 12:40PM for a pre employment drug screen. They called me in at 12:42PM!! EXCELLENT a 2 minute wait unbelievable!! I will continue to use this quest in the future”
“I'm very happy to have found this lab so close to home. I have a difficult time dealing with needles, and the phlebotomist, Natalia, was very understanding with my issue. She played music and talked to me during the procedure, it wasn't painful at all, but I almost fainted. She got me a cup of coffee, water and even volunteered to walk me to my car. The price for the lab work was also very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.”
