Been using Wizard Tax in West Miami for many years for both corporate and personal taxes. The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Both Yuri and Jose are awesome to work with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The owner employs a family member that was terminated from a previous employer due to being investigated by the Department of Health and Human Services at the Federal level for HIPPA violations. If the employee did this so freely what's to say she won't use the information you provide for other purposes other than filing your taxes.

Horrible customer service. The attitudes of the employees don't reflect the prices charged just to file taxes, its ridiculous. Go somewhere where you're appropriated as a CUSTOMER. There should be a limit of family members that work at an establishment when dealing with everyone who has the same mindset and attitude. 2022 was a horrible experience at Wizard Tax Services. I will not be returning after over 18 years of supporting.

I was referred by a good friend and decided to give them a try since she would get a $50 referral fee for each person she referred (or so they claim) I was happy with the services I received up to when it came time for them to pay my friend the $100 she was owed because I brought a friend with me. After WEEKS of calling and asking when she could get the money they finally paid her $60... These people don't care about their customers, they care about the money you can put in their pockets. I didn't want to write a bad review but there's no excuse for terrible customer service and false advertising. I will never do my taxes here again!!!
