I received my order in 2 business days, and when I had a misunderstanding (thought I only had one gloves to my outfit but the other glove fell between my bed) they were going to fix the problem immediately! “I came to the store with no real purpose, and very little knowledge of the culture. I went to a gorgeous temple in southwest ranch, for a yoga event, saw some women in sarees which enticed to see see what else I can learn from in this big city. Google search led me here . Fast forward I muster up the courage to get out of my bubble. I couldn’t be happier to have found this place. The have an area of home decor which was incredibly easy to get lost in all the detail. There’s some clothing that isn’t saree, dresses skirts and such. What I can assume are the owners are SO incredibly nice. The reviews are true, I could make this review only on how nice they are ! They Helped me try on a saree. No I don’t have a wedding coming up. It’s a more casual style. The experience was so lovely I don’t care if I only wear it at home, mental health day in a gorgeous and soft saree sounds amazing.
As I wait patiently for an invitation to a glamorous Indian wedding. I’ll enjoy my saree, return for more next time I’m in town.

I want to extend my deepest thanks to Tiffany, the Assistant Store Manager at Windsor Store in Miami International Mall, for going above and beyond to support our family during a challenging time.
While waiting for my own mom to come out of surgery, I was also helping my daughter find her dream prom dress for this coming Saturday. We had originally purchased a beautiful dress from another Windsor location, but were unsure about the color. We bought it anyway, thinking we could return it if we found the same style in a better color elsewhere. Unfortunately, we later learned that the dress was non-refundable—something that hadn’t been clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
We reached out to Windsor's customer service team, who explained that it was up to the discretion of the local store manager whether any accommodation could be made. That’s when we met Tiffany at the Miami International Mall location.
Tiffany took the time to listen to our situation with care and empathy. She understood not only the confusion around the return policy but also the emotional weight of the moment. Thanks to her compassion and willingness to help, she processed a refund for the original dress—even though she didn’t have to—since we had already purchased the same dress in the color my daughter truly loved from her store.
