“Honesty...if you haven't shopped at John's then you've missed out! Mike Ross is wonderful...I bought an entire appliance package and we needed specific sizes...Mike found them!! Great prices, great communication. Go to John's....forget about that big box store!”

“Josh greeted us as soon as we walked in and was very helpful from start to finish. We had an idea as to what we were looking for and he went above and beyond. We will definitely be doing business with him again in the near future!”

“They were super helpful today. Our AC quit and it's 92 degrees in our house. Both the lovely women not only helped us with a unit, but also were trying their best to help with a Bluetooth speaker to hook to the TV because I am practically deaf and the TV volume gives my kids headaches. We couldn't find one, but she pointed me to the Internet. They did forget the TV. My daughter who yes is 21, called to let me know. At delivery they did not bring it. I called and the young lady didn't know why so she said she would call me back. About 3 hours later she called me back to let us know they had forgotten the paperwork so they would be out with it within the hour. Also she was great to take the chance to upsell. Asking us if we were in need of a stand. So we did go for that. I did take a star off because of the fact that there was no call about the TV. They were super nice though so I do recommend them.”
