Today July 16,2024 I went in to the AT&T store and was greeted by Kayla. She was exceptional in helping me out. She helped to get my phone bill reduced and cancel two other lines that I did not have any use for. I cannot thank her enough for helping me out.

My Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Solved my issue and had me in and out in 15 minutes. ✅ The wait was uncomfortably long and I had to ask for assistance from a confused customer when I walked in. There needs to be a better system in place for customers coming in for assistance.
