“I was really apprehensive about going to a car dealership to have my car serviced, but I'm glad I gave the Honda dealership in DeLand a try after reading positive Google reviews about them!
When I drove into the service department, a young man named Brian greeted me warmly and with a big smile. He took my car keys and directed me to Mark, the service maintenance representative. He entered my information into the system, and I entered the customer waiting area. It's very nice. There were different areas where you could sit and wait. I decided to sit in the showroom and listen to music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and today.
Furthermore, not a single salesperson tried to strike up a conversation with me in an attempt to sell you a car or exchange your old one for a new one. That was definitely a huge plus!
I had been sitting in the waiting room for nearly 3 hours before venturing out to ask Mark about my car. He turned to me and said he was waiting for a response from me on some issues that required my permission. He said he sent me an email and a text.
Unfortunately, my phone died. However, he knew I was in the waiting area, so why not come and tell me?
That irritated me, but I'm not one to quibble. I gave my permission to take care of the problems, and I met with Jerry Figueroa, the service manager, to compliment the facility, and ask if I could use the coupon for both the oil change and the brakes on the same day. Mr.
Figueroa graciously gave me the oil change on the house while allowing me to use the brake coupon. He's a very pleasant gentleman with a friendly smile.
Without a doubt, I'll return to finish more work. I don't hear that annoying squeak when I brake, and my car drives like a dream. The auto technician did a fantastic job, and I appreciate that. In fact, I'll be visiting Coggin DeLand Honda as soon as I make the decision to buy a new vehicle.”
“A few months ago, I felt like I was in an impossible situation. My only vehicle, the one I relied on for my daily almost 30 minute commute, had become practically undrivable. “Gee whiz: alright first off I called for pricing on oil change and a new chain to be put on my 2022 KTM 390 adventure. Zach called me back with a price. I contacted another location in Ocala. Well Zach said if we do a chain we have to do sprockets as well per the manufacture. I went with Zach and we ordered the parts. A week went by so I called to see if parts were in. Zach called said no but the next day Saturday he called and said everything is in. I asked for an appointment and he said be here at 9 am when we open Monday. Wow that is service folks. I came in dropped my bike and by 11:30 he called said it was ready. Zack truly I will deal with you in the future from now on. Here is the second part on Deland Motorsports. I told Zach I messed up one of the bolts on the bash plate and I replaced the ones I could with bolts with the same thread but 2 of the old ones I could not remove. David Thomas the tech did not complain about removing stripped screws. David you are amazing sir. You put in the same bolts I did and even added a couple I was missing. It is people like David and Zack that I will continue to do business with you guys. Who ever the owners are great job on finding people that care. Seriously, compensate your staff accordingly they truly care. If you want the job done right this is the place to come. Thank you very much Zack and David from the bottom

“Alex did an incredible job of restoring our old 2009 Honda Pilot and at a very fair price. He addressed several issues I expected to be major expenses at a fraction of the cost. He took the time to thoroughly investigate each issue and repaired the specific problem instead of replacing unnecessary parts. “I went to highland tires because my tire pressure was dropping drastically the past couple days and i couldn't find a nail or anything in it. I was just going to buy a new tire but then they said they'll check it themselves just incase and sure enough there was something lodged in there. they patched it for $10. they couldve very well upsold me and sold me a tire but they didnt. they are very honest people and i will be returning if i encounter any more tire problems”

“I have brought my little Scion XB here for years and have ALWAYS had superior service. She's 20 years old now and still going strong with their care and attention to details and preventive maintenance. Chris is the mechanic who usually works on her, so he knows her inside and out. When I go in for service, he always explains everything that they need to do and the projected cost to get your approval for the work to start. Their prices are very good. Chris is professional, knowledgeable and very polite and kind to old ladies like me. I always recommend Boulevard Tire in Orange City to all my family and friends. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! BTW, I thought she was driving funny today so I took her in. Again, Chris thoroughly checked her out, gave her two test drives, and then balanced my tires. He charged me NOTHING for all that care.”
