“Today started off not so good - I purchased oil and filter for my motorhome and also a catch basin - the catch proved to be “not good” and I ended up with a mess.
Anyhow I took the catch basin back, full of oil to O’Reilly’s and the manager Paul helped me out. I explained what happened and he, without issue was going to refund me the $17.99 purchase price for the catch basin — however he asked about one I had looked at earlier but it was $37.99 …. He made an even exchange for me.

“I had an online order for a battery and the assistant manager who had a Star Wars tattoo on his forearm was 100% so helpful. He even came outside and installed my battery. He was very knowledgeable because I needed a radiator flush and he helped me with everything. Super friendly and knowledgeable”
