I see many bad reviews based on pharmacy which I have not used due to those reviews. However, front of the house sales team Carrie was absolutely amazing. She's a breath of fresh air and was extremely helpful. What an absolute gem of an employee. She had a smile on her face and was ready to help. We need more people like her in the world!

Horrible service first off the person didn’t even want to come to help me even after the person in charge told her twice. Then when I told her I needed to update my insurance she said it’s too late and she needed to go to lunch and I would have to come back. Definitely changing pharmacy’s

pharmacy staff is incredibly rude and has zero customer service skills. The pharmacist on duty can’t be bothered for anything and when she had to help me she was short with me and had zero interest in assisting me.

I no longer use the pharmacy because of the poor customer service. Instead, I use the Target CVS pharmacy. However, whoever manages the CVS location on Enterprise Rd. should be fired. I have never been in a store where the shelves are consistently empty or half-empty. What does the manager do with his/her time if not take inventory and ensure that the store is neat, and the shelves are well-stocked--especially since a lot of elderly people shop there?

Absolutely terrible pharmacy employees and terrible customer service. They are just unhappy, un helpful and go out of their way to make things difficult

Alexis in the front or what ever his name is cause he didn’t have a name tag, ( I just read the name on the receipt) . He claimed to be the only employee and said he was the manager at the store. Called me a liar when I asked for another employee on Easter Sunday cause the month prior (February ) he lost $25 worth of OTC items for my child. When I told him about it he denied the incident ever happening, was rude to me and honestly I felt like I was talking to a 14 year old with lack of empathy and hostile composure. He seriously needs some customer service mentoring cause he did not assess the situation professionally at all. Nor did he try to apologize for the situation just wanted to continue to say it wasn’t him, when me and my husband both know he was the one that checked us out in February. We drive 20 mins to use this CVS cause I’ve been going here for years and it was my personally favorite store to go to. Plus my parents, aunts, and uncle go here. Well not anymore just lot 5 separate families due to poor customer service & attitude! CVS needs to clean the house out. Especially if the only employee they have available is disrespecting their customers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! ??
Went to CVS drive thru to get medication for my young daughter who had a swollen throat and was very congested so it was imperative that we got her prescriptions. Got to the window and gave the woman my daughter’s insurance card, she proceeds to go on the computer and literally stood there for like 10 whole minutes without coming back and saying anything to me about what she was doing or what was going on and then when she decided to come back, she tells me that her insurance card is inactive and doesn’t work. I proceeded to tell her that it’s the same insurance card my daughter has had, same one we use everytime without issue, everything is up to date so it doesn’t make any sense and she was just rude and was like, well it doesn’t work! I said please, my daughter is sick, her insurance is active! She said no, it’s not working. I couldn’t believe how rude she was to me especially knowing I needed these medications for my young daughter. Because the pharmacy was closing in 20 minutes, I had to wait to call the insurance the next morning. I called the insurance and they said everything is fine, up to date, there are no discrepancies so we aren’t sure what the issue is. My insurance calls the pharmacy themselves and they said it’s all good and the prescriptions will be ready in 30 minutes. I will be switching pharmacies immediately!!! Worst customer service I’ve had at any pharmacy ever!! No wonder it’s only 2 Stars. It should have none!!!

Does not matter how hard I try to be nice to the people in the pharmacy, the customer service there just sucks altogether. Does not matter who I speak to. If they can't handle the pressures of working in the pharmacy they don't need to be to be working there. Customer service does not exist at this location. Makes sense why they have 2 stars... ??

Highly recommend use a different CVS. The drive through pharmacy takes foreverrrrr!! Walgreens works better or try CVS Deltona. Don’t waste your gas here

Greetings-&-salutations, ever since yesterday during middle of the afternoon, Carrie \"a.k.a. #1532316\" was very pretty-nicely-friendly-&-kindly sales-associate from front-counter aisle registry dept. She also had a wonderful sense of humor when she said \"I quit\" just like that during the middle of her job of course. I wouldn't mind returning-&-repurchasing from Carrie \"a.k.a.1532316\" at CVS Pharmacy store #3114.?️?️?

The last few interactions with the pharmacy workers at CVS have been terrible. Today I was hung up on while I was in the middle of talking. I could not get my medicine yesterday because their machine couldn't verify with insurance providers. I have been going to the same CVS building, getting the same meds, with the same insurance for years.. today I called to check on it and they hadn't even attempted to check with insurance, so they said it just connected now and you can come back in 3 hours. I'm going to sit in their drive thru.
