Customers find lots of variety and great quality merchandise. However, some report it is always difficult to find help, with employees sometimes seeming grumpy or unfriendly, and assistance can be slow or ignored, making projects challenging for novices. There is also feedback about being forced into self checkout.

Shopped in the lumber department this afternoon. Ryan the cashier provided an exception customer service, even helped me load some lumber into my truck. Exception customer service!
