I have been to three lowes store in the past four days and service has been terrible. No one is available to help you. I came to terms Home Depot seems to be able to help you every time. Home Depot will getting my business

Can’t be any more disappointed in doing business with a company than I am with this company. Expected so much more from Lowe’s. Still dealing with issues from a purchase of installed doors from over a year and a half now.Managers never call back. I have to continuously call asking for them to leave messages that don’t get returned.It’s going to cost over $1k to fix the brand new doors that weren’t installed properly to begin with and I can’t get the $$ out of Lowe’s to get them fixed. I’ve given them FOUR tries to fix them and each time it’s worse and worse.@Lowes … in response to your reply … why don’t you have the store manager call me directly. I’m not going to sit on hold for 15-30 minutes waiting for a CSR that knows nothing about what I’ve been dealing with and have to talk with people for hours being transferred here there and everywhere. Enough is enough. Have Christian the ASM or the SM call me and get things figured out with a check so I can get my doors fixed before it becomes TWO YEARS!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Wanted Samsung Stainless Steel Washer and Dryer. Ordered them...waited 6 months for delivery. They never came. Canceled order...went to Home Depot, Got same Washer and Dryer in stock. Bought those. Ordered a Stainless steel Samsung refrigerator from Lowe's..waited 3 months...Bought it at home depo instead. Just ordered 2 Kholer toilets from Lowe's,1 black, 1 white...supposed to deliver January 9th...delayed until January 31st...here we are February 5th...still no toilets. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE!! Getting ready to cancel and start dealing with home depot. Also ordered a fence installation from here...took them 8 months after payment to install it. I am done with Lowe's. You lost about $8,000 to Home Depot just from me. Sad customer service.

I will not return to the store again I'll go to home Depot for now on about 6 months ago I complained about what I'm about to tell you now to the manager and nothing has changed. as soon as I get in the store I see 5 employees standing around in the circle talking. You cannot find anybody in any department for help. So now I go to pay for my stuff there is only one self checkout. I do not work there. There should be a cashier unless you want to pay me to do your job. So I am checking out while 1 employee is standing there watching me do his job. I wasn't quiet about it. I let it no that I will go to home Depot for now on at least there they have cashiers open if I could give this store a zero Stars I would.

We bought a refrigerator here and there were 15 available but the day before the delivery they called and said the order was canceled but they charged my card, I went to the store and the manager was very rude and they just didn’t care. I feel horrible this fridge was for a tenant that rents from us and now she has to be without a fridge for another 4 days . I am very upset about this but no one cares. I bought another one at Home Depot… I wil never go to Lowe’s again

Tried this store again. 10:30 am no cashiers open. I like Lowe's and hope they don't close. I would've thought with the building boom in this area they'd have enough business they could hire cashiers. An employee this week told me they don't have enough people working.

Excellent customer service when searching for window shades. We could not find the model in stock but help arrived quickly and found them behind other shades. Yeah!

They were pushy about self checkout. I don't like checkout and I don't need a self check cashier helper. I am for cashiers with the personal touch

I gave 4 stars because, though they had what I was looking for, being a novice at repair stuff I had a couple of questions and I hit the help call button multiple times and no one came and when I asked a stirr employee to see if someone could help him. He was pretty much ignored by the help desk.

Love Lowe's. Lots of variety and great quality merchandise. But, it's always difficult to find help at this store, and many of the employees seem grumpy and/or unfriendly. Not at all a fan of being forced into self checkout.
