I was in the (Orange City, FL) Metro PCS store this morning and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Ms. Melisa went out of her way to help me. Would recommend 10/10

My parents came into this store and were offered a “free” tablet , they had unlimited data that they were paying $50 for each line on and with out telling them they changed both of their plans to a 2gig of data plan and added on a monthly fee for the “free” tablet. Charged my mom $50 the day of and said she needed to pay her “current bill” to get the free tablet when she was actually paying for the tablet and after going back to the store found out from another rep there is an actual charge for the tablet. Metro needs to do better and the manager needs to teach his sales reps to be honest and transparent with their customers. Will be porting my mother’s and father’s numbers to another carrier. Don’t come to this store they take advantage of older people on low income

This is my go to store when I have issues with my phone. I had accidently signed out of Google, couldn't remember my password and the two step security process was timing out because my phone kept closing out. Kaihla was very helpful in helping me get signed back into Google and helping me to select a new phone.

I know I won't spell her name right, but Kayla was great, she really went above and beyond for my husband and I, as we really needed upgraded phones and she helped us out the best that she could, at first I hated the phone and still a few things that I need to work out but all in all very satisfied, as for we went there on Saturday and the young lady behind the desk was not able to help us out so we had too late to speak to Kayla, well that was my decision, as for the young lady behind the desk was unable to help us out and seem to be very stressed because the store was very busy at the time, so I give my appreciation to Kayla 100% great job Kayla and thank you... 😊 Sharlin Hogancamp aka Lusa

My husband and I got 2 new lines and told our bill would be $110 a month. We get the bill and it is $182. Called and they said it would be fixed. The next bill was $172. Called again and once again said it was fixed. The next bill was $154. They are charging us for 6 screen savers and a speaker that they told us was free. We're still working on resolving this problem. It's ridiculous.

I spoke with Melisa, she is so kind patient and knowledgeable especially since I know nearly nothing about what phones can be bought and transferred. She gave me excellent advice and did not make me feel ridiculous for not understanding certain things and made sure I understood everything before we were done... I wish that more people were as kind as her.. Thank you Melisa

I had such a pleasant experience here today!! The manager Kaihla was super helpful and very kind to me and my son! She made my day & my son even said "that lady was so nice" when we left. TY!!!!

Walked in because I had a Problem with the Screen the young lady picked My telephone up and shoved it down on the counter Walk to the door to take some people to the door Never acknowledging me in a proper way Never really looking at the phone to see what was wrong with it. I was very disappointed in this place and I'll never go in every time I've gone into this store it's not been a very good experience So I tell you there's another Metro That treats you so much better That would be 2091 Saxon boulevard. I got help there!

Oh my goodness! Lol. I thought I would remember this ladies name, but I've forgotten how she spells her name. And I'm not gonna butcher it. She was the best, most friendly, informative, awesome employee at any phone company... No sorry... At any business I've ever been in. She told us our options, answered all our questions. Didn't make us feel d**** even if I did ask a few d*** questions, and I did, kept a wonderful smile on her face thru out all that we put her thru. Demonstrated a few Bluetooth speakers for us. And we ended up with 7 phones and lines thru her. If you see this please put your name in comments. I will stop by and get your name if you don't. And rewrite this review. But everyone should know how awesome you were. Never expected you to be so helpful and your bosses should consider a raise in your near future. We really think you deserve it. And we thank you for everything you did. ?

Great experience with store manager Kayla I hope I spelled her name correctly she made it possible to get a new line and fix my account with the acp program she had a great personality and very friendly and helpful

Yes this is just a MetroPCS store and yes this store sells phones and covers and plans, but what makes this store great is Olivia. Not only did she rescue me from the bottom of phone trouble hell she also found time to try and get me to smile and tell me it's going to be ok. When I had given up hope she found a way. But seriously folks she was very helpful very knowledgeable and had a very positive energy and I thank her for that. To her manager she's the kind of person that you want running the store when you're not there so thanks again Olivia.

Had a problem with my phone for a week everybody I tried couldn't get it resolved stopped in young lady help me in and out in 5 minutes that's customer service
