“I Had an issue where I got stuck in my truck in the rain in a small ditch and I had to call for help and get it towed out and this company was quick. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional and made it to me within 6 minutes of me calling and I had called another tow company right before this one and they had given me a 40 minute wait time so I was so happy that they were able to help me so quickly he made it to me and had my car out and ready for me to drive off in all within I would say 10-15minutes of speaking with them I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need your car towed and he was fair with his pricing as well.”

“Highly recommend. My vehicle was mistakenly towed from my apartment complex and the driver went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was towed back the same day. He communicated well and it took him no more than 3 minutes to get my car unloaded from the truck and back to the spot once he got here. Unfortunately, I saw a negative review from one of my neighbors that he blocked their spot while offloading the car but there would’ve been no way for him to return the car to the same spot without backing in to a neighboring spot for a few minutes. No one was trying to get out or asked to leave during the time he was unloading the car, I was standing right there. The driver did nothing wrong and should not receive a negative review for this reason. Thank you Arten!”

“On January 28 in the afternoon I was struck by a vehicle in Orange city. My truck was rendered in operable. The Orange City Police Department after their report was Done called Orange City collision to tow my truck to the repair shop in the land. I believe the driver’s name was Craig, he was great when we arrived at the repair shop and started to unload my truck off the flatbed there was a problem with the rear wheel wedged up into the fender from where I got hit. Craig was quickly able to make some adjustments so that my truck could be unloaded. Without further damage, he is truly a master of his craft. He is very knowledgeable as well as personable. He is a credit to your company pay this man, however much he wants!”

They recovered a piece of heavy machinery stuck in no time and made it look like a breeze. By far the best towing and recovery company I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
