“Ken is Amazing and very Knowledgeable at what he does. Unfortunately I was put in a situation where I needed a tow truck and needed it in a hurry. After calling around it was quickly noted that most companies cant answer your questions and are only all about the money. Once I reached out to Ken with Richard’s of De Land he answered all my questions and for the first time I was comfortable with him handling my car for me. Once he got it towed back to their lot he called me and walked me through the next steps dealing with my ride. He even made some great recommendations on local restaurants and great places to stay.
