“I Had an issue where I got stuck in my truck in the rain in a small ditch and I had to call for help and get it towed out and this company was quick. The gentleman I spoke to was very professional and made it to me within 6 minutes of me calling and I had called another tow company right before this one and they had given me a 40 minute wait time so I was so happy that they were able to help me so quickly he made it to me and had my car out and ready for me to drive off in all within I would say 10-15minutes of speaking with them I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need your car towed and he was fair with his pricing as well.”

“I broke down at a local high school at pickup time. I suspected my push button start malfunctioned. I contacted my insurance company and a tech arrived quickly. He ascertained that it was in fact my battery. He brought his equipment and had my CRV started in seconds. Then he looked up the closest place for me to have a new battery installed. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Great job!!”
“On January 28 in the afternoon I was struck by a vehicle in Orange city. My truck was rendered in operable. The Orange City Police Department after their report was Done called Orange City collision to tow my truck to the repair shop in the land. I believe the driver’s name was Craig, he was great when we arrived at the repair shop and started to unload my truck off the flatbed there was a problem with the rear wheel wedged up into the fender from where I got hit. Craig was quickly able to make some adjustments so that my truck could be unloaded. Without further damage, he is truly a master of his craft. He is very knowledgeable as well as personable. He is a credit to your company pay this man, however much he wants!”

“These guys are GREAT!!! Needed help to get my sons car pulled out. He got it stuck on a private dirt road near the house. Sammy called me right back when he saw they had a missed call. He picked me up at my house and drove me about 1mile down the street where the car was. He personally came out to help me because the tow truck was going to take longer and he was promptly able to pull the car out. He was so courteous, he even turned the car around for me and followed me down the road to make sure it didn't get stuck again. “My step daughter and her husband were following a gps route on their way home and it took them down a dirt road in a remote location of Lake County. There was what looked like a puddle in the middle of the road and they proceeded. Unfortunately, the puddle was more like a deep crater with thick mud underneath. Their vehicle became stuck and the water was almost 3 feet deep. The tow company that 911 dispatched refused to help when she saw the water and insisted on $175 in cash only. Who carries that kind of cash these days? My step daughter called C&S in Orange City and they immediately dispatched a truck. "Smokin' ***" came and loaded the car on the flatbed quickly and professionally. He towed the car to their home in *******. The fee was reasonable and C&S accepted my credit card. Great professional service! Thanks ***!”
