“Highly recommend. My vehicle was mistakenly towed from my apartment complex and the driver went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was towed back the same day. He communicated well and it took him no more than 3 minutes to get my car unloaded from the truck and back to the spot once he got here. Unfortunately, I saw a negative review from one of my neighbors that he blocked their spot while offloading the car but there would’ve been no way for him to return the car to the same spot without backing in to a neighboring spot for a few minutes. No one was trying to get out or asked to leave during the time he was unloading the car, I was standing right there. The driver did nothing wrong and should not receive a negative review for this reason. Thank you Arten!”
“I can't say enough good things about Kenny from Central Florida Auto! My car broke down over the weekend, and I wasn't able to get it to the right place over the weekend. On Monday, I contacted Kenny, he stepped in, took care of everything—he picked up my car, towed it to the mechanic, and handled the entire process without me even having to be there. “These guys are GREAT!!! Needed help to get my sons car pulled out. He got it stuck on a private dirt road near the house. Sammy called me right back when he saw they had a missed call. He picked me up at my house and drove me about 1mile down the street where the car was. He personally came out to help me because the tow truck was going to take longer and he was promptly able to pull the car out. He was so courteous, he even turned the car around for me and followed me down the road to make sure it didn't get stuck again. He always goes out of his way to help me and I started to stop by his office just to talk and have heard many conversations with individuals requesting a tow and ended the conversation with what is the form of payment.
