I had a great experience at the Orange City Verizon store today. Kayla was EXTREMELY helpful in showing me how the new S24 works with AI language translation. I wish I could have taken the phones right then from her, but due to some business account security issues, had to order them online. She was amazing, though...extremely knowledgable about the phones and how Verizon plans work. Thank you so much!

Customer service is subpar. Beware if you don’t usually add device protection, they will add it automatically for you without your consent. I didn’t notice that it was added until I got the bill in the mail. Seems sneaking if you ask me or maybe just a tactic to get extra money.

Went inside and was greeted promptly and kindly, but was then ignored for a bit of time while they joked and had several conversations with other clients, was not given a wait time and felt that I was not taken seriously due to how I was dressed (casual).I came in looking to upgrade my phone and pay upfront and left thinking whether I should continue with this service provider.Things happen and they seemed busy and i understand how customer service works but I felt rather disregarded.

It was OK.The boss or owner got frustratedAnd instead of actually fixing my phone or seeing what the problem was they threw a new SIM card in it it keeps saying it was working but it wasn't now nearly a month later I finally have a new phone. I go somewhere else. The text were nice but the owner not so much didn't seem to be from here either. Not very social. Other than that ?

Bad customer service. The staff should be replaced as they should all shawdow the staff at Sanfordand Lake Mary stores! Both have much better customer service never had a problem! Verizon seeep house and watch your sales improve!

Manager seemed like he was high .was trying to switch to Verizon with the 55+ plan was told they don't offer that anymore so I guess I will stay with T-Mobile.

Purchased a phone online. Came in at appointment to pick up and paid to have the associate set it up. Associate only transferred apps with info. I have no internet and cannot make or receive calls. What was the point of paying for set up? On the 2nd visit to have them correct the problem, the manager took my name after he took someone else's who came in after me. He asked me why I came in, I told him and he gave me no response -- no "we'll get that fixed for you", "I apologize," nothing.
