“My husband and I use Aaron’s quite a bit, and honestly, we love Aaron’s. I am a little disappointed with the misinformation we received from Niah, though.

When we were setting everything up, I explained that I was starting a new job and needed our items delivered by June 8th. Niah told me that would be fine. We went through the entire process, including confirming the address, discussing the stairs, and all the delivery details. I also specifically asked if the delivery could be scheduled for Monday, June 8th, because I wouldn’t be available Tuesday, and she assured me that was fine.

Today, around 2:55 PM, I called and spoke with Kevin, who was wonderful and very helpful. He informed me that someone could deliver our items around 7-9PM. While I appreciate Kevin working to make it happen, I had already arranged my schedule around the original delivery date.

My frustration isn’t with the delivery itself or with Kevin’s service—it’s that I wish I had been told from the beginning that the delivery had not actually been scheduled for Monday. Better communication would have helped me plan accordingly.

Overall, I still enjoy doing business with Aaron’s, but I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future customers.”

“Tool & Truck rental service was really fast and easy. I like their trailers, they are very easy to haul. If you have a truck or a SUV that has a tow hook setup ready, should be able to rent a small utility trailer. It very affordable to rent one.”

“Jason (the owner) is a stand up guy!!! I bought a washer from him three months ago and it worked well but I just was not happy with the washer I purchased. I'm a grown man and I picked that washer so I was just going to deal with it we made a deal. Then a few months later there was an issue with the washer and he immediately said I will send one of my guys to fix it (under warranty), but he could tell that I just wasn't happy with the washer. So he then offered to let me swap it out, but he didn't have anything I liked at the time. Three or four weeks later he got a few more in and I picked one out. Even though the newer model was more expensive he refused to let me pay more for it, also he refused to take my money for delivery. My new washer was delivered this morning (I did tip the delivery guy $40) and I am very happy. Also I asked him if he had any silverware racks for sale for my dishwasher and he told me he probably has one laying around but before I left he got busy and we forgot about it, in my new washer that was delivered was the silverware rack I asked about. This guy is awesome!! He really didn't have to go above and beyond but he did, I would highly recommend you do business with them!!”
