“I recently ordered a toolbox from the Fleming Island Home Depot location, and unfortunately it arrived dented. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated and disappointed with the situation.

After calling the store, I spoke with Melinda, and she completely turned the experience around for me. She helped coordinate the return, pickup, and reorder process, and she stayed on top of everything from start to finish. What really stood out was her communication and dedication — she personally called me multiple times with updates and made sure I was informed every step of the way.

“Tool & Truck rental service was really fast and easy. I like their trailers, they are very easy to haul. If you have a truck or a SUV that has a tow hook setup ready, should be able to rent a small utility trailer. It very affordable to rent one.”

“Jason (the owner) is a stand up guy!!! I bought a washer from him three months ago and it worked well but I just was not happy with the washer I purchased. I'm a grown man and I picked that washer so I was just going to deal with it we made a deal. Then a few months later there was an issue with the washer and he immediately said I will send one of my guys to fix it (under warranty), but he could tell that I just wasn't happy with the washer. So he then offered to let me swap it out, but he didn't have anything I liked at the time. Three or four weeks later he got a few more in and I picked one out. Even though the newer model was more expensive he refused to let me pay more for it, also he refused to take my money for delivery. My new washer was delivered this morning (I did tip the delivery guy $40) and I am very happy. Also I asked him if he had any silverware racks for sale for my dishwasher and he told me he probably has one laying around but before I left he got busy and we forgot about it, in my new washer that was delivered was the silverware rack I asked about. This guy is awesome!! He really didn't have to go above and beyond but he did, I would highly recommend you do business with them!!”
