“I saw the sign (are you singing?) and decided to explore. One of my artsy bucket list things to try is quilting and I figured a small, local shop might offer classes and guess what?!?! Of course they do! I perused their shop, loving all the quilts, aprons, kids dresses, cloth baskets and bags that were displaying their patterns and kits. Checked out some of their fun fabric prints and bought a couple pieces of lace for not sewing purposes. I chatted up one of the ladies- maybe the owner? She loved my cat shirt and earrings and we were sharing our kitty photos with each other. I will be checking out the classes and hope for some fun Halloween sewing projects! Because I would be ALL ABOUT that! They asked how often I sew- seriously, for costumes mainly. But I can learn, and I used to sew with my mom as a kid. Looks like a fun shop to play!”

Listened to the issue of very old plumbing and low flow toilets not merging well, suggested we're probably needed a gravity toilet if we were open to the idea of it being louder than your usual toilet. They are quite a bit more expensive than your typical big box store, but so far the solution appears to be working. Their merchandise selection was also quite lovely.”

“I stopped by to check out their selection of washers and dryers. I had already checked on the website to see what the prices were like and if they had anything that I would like. The prices aren't bad, and I did find a set that I liked. I was greeted shortly after walking in the door. No one hovered or bothered me while I looked around. Once I was told to let them know if I needed any assistance, they left me to browse. I found the same washer/dryer set that I liked online there. I also checked into a computer as mine is on its last leg, and I need one quickly. The washer/ dryer set was not available for me to rent as someone had already put in an order for it. However, they were willing to call around to local stores to see if one was available that they could pick up to have delivered to me (I love above and beyond service). So, I did rent the laptop while I was there, and it was delivered that same afternoon (within like an hour). I am expecting the washer/dryer set today (as it was the soonest they would be able to get it to me). The service was AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this location. They have a nice selection of bedroom sets, living room sets, televisions, and even an air hockey table (that my grandson occupied himself with while I took care of business). The manager even turned the table on for him! Wonderful customer service!”

“I just picked up my order from curbside and I am truly impressed! I used the HD app to let the store know I was on my way. By the time I entered the parking spot I was in, Caleb Deana was at my window with my order. This man is a magician! Literally took seconds. Please award his commitment to customer service. This was by far the best curbside experience I have ever had. Not just with HD, but with ALL stores I have utilized the curbside pickup.”

“I needed a spare key made for my front door lock. In the past I've had good luck with having duplicates made at a local Ace Hardware. Not this time. After 2 unsuccessful tries I took it to this Home Depot. I explained the situation to their key cutter, a man who called himself "Flip" and who appeared to have expertise. He closely examined the original key and noticed a barely perceptible groove the others had missed. He fiddled with the machine until he got a perfect match. THANK YOU, Flip!”

“me and my girl friend went looking for sinks, and we already had one in mind that we liked. when we got to the sink section, we could only find the sink we wanted on display, and not in a box to buy. so we asked Karen from the plumbing department for help. we waited a little while for help because she was dealing with something else, but after a couple of minutes she came over. she searched and searched for the sink we wanted, but there was issues with inventory. The sink we wanted was $149 and she grabbed one for $179, and told us she would mark it down for us. She also grabbed a $80 water faucet for the sink, and completely marked it down. She then proceeded to walk us to the front of the store, and assist us with checkout.”

“This review is LOOOONG overdue.Our Consultant: We started a remodel last year and went through Ferguson for sinks, faucets, and a new tub. We worked with Kelsey and she was AWESOME! There were many remodel hiccups along the way (on our part, not Ferguson's) that required some product returns/exchanges and she never wavered in her support, and at times went above and beyond! When we presented her with a problem, she never made us feel like we were a bother or inconvenience. She'd get straight to work and got it resolved. Ferguson is very lucky to have her, and we were very lucky to have the opportunity to work with her!The Products: We were very pleased with all of the products we ordered. They arrived in a timely manner and met our needs. There was only one item that came damaged. Ferguson didn't bat an eye; let us return it for a replacement with no hassle!Highly recommend!”

“We ordered replacement sinks and kits for our master bathroom online and when we came to pick up our order it was incomplete. Was told not everything was available in store and that we were refunded the missing item. We were told that we were supposed to have been notified and refunded but we never got a call, text or even email. I also asked if we could check for the item since it shows online that they have it. A manager named Tofa took care of us, helped us find the item and gave us a good deal for our inconvenience. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. Shout out to Mr Tofa!!!”
