“This is my second appliance bought at this location. Kevin was super helpful and the prices are great! A+ would shop here again 100% Thanks! On a side note the delivery guy left a lot to be desired. The first day was supposed to be 3-6 and he was going to try and come at 7:30 when he called me at 6. The second day I scheduled 3-6 he showed up at 10 after 6 but the fridge I bought with only dents now has deep scratches. One on the door and some on the side. And it was $130 to have it delivered.”

“I had an issue with an online order not being delivered on time. Contacted the customer service number provided, as directed via email a couple of times and was unable to resolve the issue. Some how I found myself transferred by customer service to the store. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mason, one of the managers there. He was extremely professional and personable at the same time. He spoke to me with genuine empathy concerning my delay of delivery, and though it was not his fault he took ownership and responsibility to address and solve the problem with a sense of urgency. My delivery then arrived within just a couple of hours (after I had previously waited 4 days for a same-day order). Thank you Mason for going above and beyond to assist me!”

“I saw the sign (are you singing?) and decided to explore. One of my artsy bucket list things to try is quilting and I figured a small, local shop might offer classes and guess what?!?! Of course they do! I perused their shop, loving all the quilts, aprons, kids dresses, cloth baskets and bags that were displaying their patterns and kits. Checked out some of their fun fabric prints and bought a couple pieces of lace for not sewing purposes. I chatted up one of the ladies- maybe the owner? She loved my cat shirt and earrings and we were sharing our kitty photos with each other. I will be checking out the classes and hope for some fun Halloween sewing projects! Because I would be ALL ABOUT that! They asked how often I sew- seriously, for costumes mainly. But I can learn, and I used to sew with my mom as a kid. Looks like a fun shop to play!”

Best way for a trucker to deliver here is to turn around using the AIIY docks and then back in. Docking procedure is the only reason for 4 stars other than that it was a piece of cake. Go into the main office next to the docks with your paperwork. Tell them Tom sent you haha just kidding!! Foot to the floor son! We got a run to make!!”

“*great customer service* From start to finish, everybody was super helpful! I had two ladies helping me locate the tile I found online, as aisle EZ was a little hard to find. Then a gentleman loaded the large tiles onto a cart for me and noticed some were chipped thankfully and put to the side until I asked them if I could have them at a discount😁🙌 Then after pulling up to self checkout while lugging my large cart with a crazy grandma and 3 kiddos around, a sweet lady with tight blonde curls (wish I got her name) helped me and rang some other team members to help load. Unbeknownst to me, her and my grandma prayed that my car would start as I had been having trouble with it starting and the trunk opening and my crying daughter to feel better while I ran outside to pull closer for loading. My car started, my trunk button worked and opened for the first time in a long time thankfully, and my daughter started to feel better shortly after. Y’all got a lady that is tight with the Lord and you better keep her around or give her a raise🤪 I hope she sees this and knows I am thankful for her!!🫶”

“Initially, we bought a disappointing refrigerator from Home Depot that ended up looking like a grey box in our white kitchen. We, quickly, returned it to Home Depot, who could not find a satisfactory replacement for us. At Setzer's, Kelly, our salesperson, made a considerable effort to find a white refrigerator for us. Apparently, now, white is like finding a needle in a haystack. It took a few weeks to get it. Kelly was quite patient with us when we followed up a few times. (we had our old refrigerator in the garage, quite inconvenient). Anyway, when the refrigerator came, we were very happy with it, although only the front of the Samsung side by side is white. It has some very nice features which made up for the grey sides...inside auto fill pitcher in the door and easy to get ice section in the freezer. So roomy too! Thank you very much, Kelly, for finding a great refrigerator for us and for putting up with our following up too!”
