“Early in Jan I called the HR block tax office closest to me that I had been going to for many years to answer a question about the long form for this year. Without any inquiry I received a flippant answer “just take the $12K deduction” and hung up. This was not the service I am accustomed to by my HR block agent for many years, Vickie. You have to trust your tax agent. So unwilling to work again with this agent, perhaps HR Block, for another year, I googled Vickie’s name and found her here at the company I trust to do my taxes. She knew my tax history well, and after reviewing my files, explained the financial pro’s and con’s of short versus long form for current tax year. She is like having a trusted family member watching your back. Yes, I went short form for 1st time in decades as it is the best for me and my husband and our finances this year. I highly recommend her as she brings the value to HR block brand.”
