Dillard's at Orange Park Mall is a great store offering a broad selection of brand name merchandise and really good quality items, including compelling clothing, dresses, shoes, handbags, accessories, and cosmetics. The store features products from both national and exclusive brand sources. Customers report that the customer service is the best they have ever seen and is excellent, with staff being amazing, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Specific assistance was noted in the Juniors department for finding the perfect prom dress and in the fragrance department for helpful suggestions and generous samples. Great retail store to shop at that's a little expensive but worth paying the extra.

I stopped by the store this week and Farjana helped me out. She was really patient and genuinely helpful, and honestly, customer service like hers is pretty rare these days. It made the whole experience so much better! Dillard’s is lucky to have her!
