“This is a hidden cozy shopping place in the mall. Their prices are good. Ms. Angel at the Estée Lauder counter was very kind and helpful. She was warning the customers about a drunk lady asking weird questions in the store. She doesn’t just provide best customer service experience. She was also very aware for the safety of the customers.”
“I stopped by the store this week and Farjana helped me out. She was really patient and genuinely helpful, and honestly, customer service like hers is pretty rare these days. It made the whole experience so much better! Dillard’s is lucky to have her!”

“Very pleasant experience. Wasn't hassled or followed. Store was fairly messy and def could've stood to be straightened up a little but all in all considering we were the last ones out the door at closing and our cashier was super sweet, even though I'm sure she was exhausted, that made it very easy to overlook the mess. LateluGood customer service goes a long way!”
“Good food good supplies. No customer comfort. No benches for the elderly to rest during shopping. Product on shelves lack prices and bar codes to make sure you have the correct item. Mismarked items cause merchandise to be left at the counter. And I could go on.”
“First and foremost, I want to express my admiration for the incredible deals they offer. Secondly, there’s this young lady named Marissa. She’s incredibly sweet and bubbly. However, she seemed a bit disheartened when a woman came rushing towards her, yelling at her about not being able to accept a coupon online. The woman was visibly upset and threatened to go to corporate. Despite the chaos and the fact that there were many other people behind us, Marissa remained composed and calm. It takes a lot of self-control to stay composed in such a situation.”

“Had a good experience at this Walmart except for the woman working by the self-checkout. I guess he thought I was stealing. She scanned a barcode and I asked her what was it for. She said oh, that's just in case you have beer. When the day before she scanned it when I told her I had beer I didn't have any beer. So why will you scan it? I guess I look at like a thief. I wonder if it's the color of my skin being Puerto Rican that is”

That’s part of the experience, though—it’s not a traditional retail store, but rather a place where you have to do some searching to uncover the gems.
Prices are definitely the highlight. The savings can be incredible, especially if you happen to visit on the right day. That said, you do need to be patient and willing to sort through a lot of things that may not be of interest.”

“Just moved to the area, and my realtor gave me a gift card. Even though there was a Marshalls in my last town, I'd never gone. So I came to Marshalls on Thursday for the first time. I was amazed at the quantity and variety of products. I bought a piece of furniture, some bathroom and kitchen accessories. Alejandra checked me out. She was so delightful!!! She promised I would become a regular customer. Maybe she's right! My transaction was a bit complicated and Mei helped her. Mei said she'd just put out that piece of furniture and was curious how I would be using it. I truly appreciated how warm, friendly and attentive everyone was! They obviously love working at Marshalls and take pride in their jobs. My only little complaint regards the shopping cart. Once I exited the store it stopped rolling. A passerby saw me struggling and informed me that Marshalls purposely does not allow their carts in the parking lot. But I had a piece of furniture and several bags!”
