“Just moved to the area, and my realtor gave me a gift card. Even though there was a Marshalls in my last town, I'd never gone. So I came to Marshalls on Thursday for the first time. I was amazed at the quantity and variety of products. I bought a piece of furniture, some bathroom and kitchen accessories. Alejandra checked me out. She was so delightful!!! She promised I would become a regular customer. Maybe she's right! My transaction was a bit complicated and Mei helped her. Mei said she'd just put out that piece of furniture and was curious how I would be using it. I truly appreciated how warm, friendly and attentive everyone was! They obviously love working at Marshalls and take pride in their jobs. My only little complaint regards the shopping cart. Once I exited the store it stopped rolling. A passerby saw me struggling and informed me that Marshalls purposely does not allow their carts in the parking lot. But I had a piece of furniture and several bags!”

“This is a hidden cozy shopping place in the mall. Their prices are good. Ms. Angel at the Estée Lauder counter was very kind and helpful. She was warning the customers about a drunk lady asking weird questions in the store. She doesn’t just provide best customer service experience. She was also very aware for the safety of the customers.”

“Now, I'VE been to both Dillard's; the one in the Orange Park Mall and the one at the Avenues Mall...... THE DRESS DEPARTMENT THERE IS VERY NICE, BUT I DO HAVE TO SAY THE SELECTION IS MUCH BETTER OVER AT THE AVENUES Mall.......IT'S MUCH BIGGER AND DEFINITELY FOR A HIGHER END CLIENT.... they had some great brands.... And such a wide selection of every thing, even the housewares department....... Dillard's is definitely a go to place if you're looking for quality and something different”

Store was fairly messy and def could've stood to be straightened up a little but all in all considering we were the last ones out the door at closing and our cashier was super sweet, even though I'm sure she was exhausted, that made it very easy to overlook the mess. “I was at Walmart today 899 Blanding Orange Park Fl. I had a leak from something in my cart and not wanting anyone to slip and fall I asked an employee to help. The employee didn't know where to go to get anything to clean it up or at the very least a sign to put down over the spill. She didn't really seem to care if it was taken care of. Having worked retail for many,many years...I get it. You have a million tasks that are expected to get done ASAP. Safety should be number one. Then I asked someone else...who didn't seem to care. I was surprised and disappointed again in how all of this was being handled. Where is the safety training? Customer service?Then Dan happened ! Well, Dan ( who works in produce and meat), couldn't have been more pleasant,professional and concerned about getting this taken care of and helping me. Not only did he clean the spill ...but he discovered what was leaking and cleaned the items in my cart too! He did it with efficiency and kindness. So Dan... you're awesome and you need to be a trainer!!

I needed an oil change for my 2006 Jetta diesel car,so I went online to set up an appointment to make sure that I also got the right oil filterand oil for my specific car, I verified that they did tell me that they had the right oil filter by calling before my appointment. I show up for my appointment to check me in an hour later I get a text saying they were unable to do my oil change because they didn't have the right filter. Ok, things happen. I called around and decided that I'm going to go to jiffy lube to get it done. They had what I needed and could get me in asap. As I was pulling out of my driveway I see a huge oil puddle...you are kidding me?! They put the old filter back on...WRONG! My car lost at least a quart of oil. Will I go back...NEVER!!!”

“Ms. Courtney helped me check out today. I had a lot of items and she carefully bagged everything and we had a really nice conversation as well. When I was about to leave the store, I thought I was charged twice for something and I asked customer service to double check. It seems I wasn't, but I was all over the place. Ms. Courtney was kind, courteous and very patient.”

She always interacts with us and asks about our day, upcoming week, and our family. She is always buzzing around getting things done but always stops to say hi. Prices are definitely the highlight. The savings can be incredible, especially if you happen to visit on the right day. That said, you do need to be patient and willing to sort through a lot of things that may not be of interest.”
