If I could give 10 stars to Jar in the Men’s Suits department, I would! I had a wedding situation come up where my husband needed another suit with an extreme turn around time and Jar immediately took care of us. Not only was she professional, quick, and gave us excellent service, she was completely charming while doing so! She turned a situation that made us stressed into one where we were laughing and truly feeling like our problem was solved. Thank you Jar!!!

We went prom dress shipping today and the Juniors manger in Dillards was amazing! Her name was Shanell Green-Esteen, she helped me and my daughter pick out the perfect prom dress. We absolutely love the “Whitney Houston” prom dress we found!!

Dillards at Orange Park Mall is a great store. If I’m looking for brand name items, I look here. And they’re really good quality, things you can’t find anywhere else. I’m from the North. The store I would compare to Dillards is Mcy’s. If I want a quality gift, I can find one here. I just wish there was one closer to me. I just visited The Avenues Mall, 2 story Dillards! It’s huge! I need an entire day to really check it out. I’ll be back!

Mr. Don Bernard, the business manager of men’s suits, was amazing! I went in with my daughter and her boyfriend looking for suits for prom and he was so patient and nice! He was hands on and very helpful! He worked directly with my daughter and her boyfriend showing them so much respect that isn’t usually shown to teenagers. I wanted to let them speak to him so that they could convey their wishes and dreams for their prom. She even had her gown so that they could match. He measured my daughter’s boyfriend and guided them through the process, even sharing his experience with his own son. He perfectly combined professionalism with relatability and guidance. He answered all of their questions and made them feel confident in their selections. He was also honest and didn’t try to sell them on items that the store didn’t have. They couldn’t find a perfect shade of pink for his shirt so instead of trying to convince them to buy another top, he suggested that they purchase the suit from Dillard’s and then seek the top elsewhere, even going out of his way to make suggestions. This gave me even greater confidence in Dillard’s as a brand. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my shopping experience ?!!!
